Great place to stay. A few minor problems during my 4 month stay and Laura responded in under an hour. Usually in under 5 minutes. She was excellent in every aspect. Had a great stay and will recommend it to anyone considering booking with Laura

The studio was clean and bright as depicted. The location is within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to anything you may require and especially the beach. The studio is at street level with it's advantages and for some disadvantages. The hosts were very plesent and attentive to any needs and requirements. My stay at Rosa Maria's studio was a great experience, l would recommend this studio for it's location and fun facture.

This place was a very lovely and charming place with an amazing location. The communication for any of my needs was prompt and accommodating, I could not have asked for better service! I would definitely revisit!

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

This place is so peaceful and beautiful. The bed was amazing, ac and fan kept us cool in this hot weather, bathroom was cute and had hot water, we felt very safe and walked home from visiting a friend. We would definitely stay here again.

It's an excellent place, I got around by motorcycle and car, so the distance seemed very good to me. It had space for the motorcycle and the place is spacious. I actually spent most of the day outside, but it was quiet enough to get some sleep, as it was a quiet place. You couldn't hear music like I have when I stay closer to the pier. There are also shops and taquerias nearby to walk to. The price was one of the best and the place was very comfortable to rest.

The VIP experience and access to club member pricing was an AMAZING deal!!! The jungle literally meets the Ocean at Sandos Caracol. It is the only all inclusive resort in the area that has both Mayan ruins and a natural Xenote (spring fed pool) on the property. We saw Monkeys, Coati, Agouti, Turtles, Yucatan Jay Birds, Curassow, Yucatan Parrot, and many different Iguana and Lizards roaming about the property. At one point during our visit a spider monkey walked up to us and sat next to us for a few seconds. I have pictures and videos of it, it was one of the highlights of our trip for our 9 year old. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are incredible (water park slides were a hit). The drinks of all kinds are a 10/10. 7/10 at the buffets and 8.5/10 at the restaurants. If all you want to do is lay by the beach and drink umbrella drinks there are other resorts. If you love nature, suspension bridges, natural springs, and learning of cultural history this is the resort to go to.

Ana was very kind and very attentive, it is a very quiet place. I only spent one night but it is nice and the lobby is nice.

Doria was a fantastic host!! we booked our holiday in Playa del Carmen through her Royal Elite (RE) membership and was able to use all the benefits of the all inclusive property as if we were owners!! I highly recommend booking through a member instead of the hotel or Expedia since now you receive extra benefits and kids under 12 are free!! With Doria, you pay for the room to her on Airbnb and then proceed to pay the all inclusive fees to the hotel once Doria passes on your information to them. We would definitely take the kids back to this resort, there is so much for them to see and do. There was never a dull moment in the entire week. Loved it!!! Go for it

I needed a quick place to stay for one night and this was a great deal! The rooms were clean and check in was seamless. Located in a busy area so there were plenty of restaurants and bars to visit.

This is a GREAT deal if you are looking for an all-inclusive option near Cancun. The resort is very large with a lot of things to do (trails, cenotes, 2 large pools, and even a private beach). The staff was outstanding. They were doing renovations throughout the resort so the spa wasn't fully accessible, one (or more?) restaurants were closed, and you could hear construction while at the family pool (which caused the air conditioning to go out for a few days). Later in 2025 it's going be even more amazing! Food was ok...depending on what you are looking for you will either love it (foodies) or not find much to eat ("kid friendly" selections were slim to none). We had 3 adults and 3 kids in our reservation and were placed in 2 joining rooms. We were under the impression that we would get the common space between our rooms, but we did not. But, we weren't in our rooms very much so that wasn't a huge deal. Bogue is VERY responsive and helpful. Loved the peaceful vibe of the resort.

Bryan was a great host! Fast response time and made sure we had all of the necessary information/documents for our check in process. Overall, we had a great stay at Vidanta and would recommend this resort to anyone travelling to Cancun/Riveria Maya. This was part of the Grand Luxxe so we had access to the entire property. We will definitely be booking with Bryan again for future Mexico vacations!

Sandos Caracol was perfect and had everything we needed in the resort to where we didn’t need to go anywhere for anything we hope to come back soon

Raquel's place felt like home during my stay! Raquel was a delightful host, and I would love to stay again when/if I return to Playa. The front patio with all the the beautiful plants was a highlight of the place. Great location for biking or walking to town/beach.

Pleasant stay, a quiet place, very centrally located for everything

I had a lovely stay. the complex is beautiful and well maintained and very clean! I had some trouble finding the place because I arrived at night time. but despite my late arrival, they were very accommodating and nice. It is in a quiet area and in between PDC and cancún, so it is nice and quiet. next time I hope to try the wakeboarding park!

i love co-living! ❤️ the people were all super nice! value for money was also great. The very best thing was the air conditioning. Mega power! 😍 And there was a super golden cat always in the yard, who greeted us every morning. Meow!❤️ So we liked it. Ladies up! 👍
