Absolutely loved the place. The views from every floor are spectacular! Great location away from the busier side of the island. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The host helped arrange a golf cart for us too. Highly recommend!!

Great location! 2 blocks to any and everything. The place looks better in person, one downside is it's on the third floor with no elevator, it wouldn't be good for elderly or disabled people. The rooftop view is amazing!!! JUST BOOK IT! it's well worth the money. We plan on staying again.

Erick deserves a million stars! I can’t thank him enough!!! I was traveling alone and I didn’t get to Cozumel until 7:30pm. He offered to pick me up at the ferry station, took me to this yummy taco place and stopped at grocery store on the way to condo. He even offered me to drive me to downtown the next day. Though I like to exercise so I took a bicycle. It’s about 30 mins bike ride. It was safe nice ride. Pillows were very comfy. He offers scooter and It also was fun to scooter around the island. Every restaurant he recommended were very good places. I felt like he was my brother :) I attended one of the activities he offered and it was awesome too! El CIELO had most beautiful water I have ever seen! (I am from Florida) I seriously think he was the best Airbnb host I have ever met. I felt very comfortable with him and he took very good care of me. I don’t speak Spanish and I was able to communicate with him no problem. I definitely coming back soon again! Thanks a bunch Erick!!

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Amazing place great view

We adored our stay at Alex & Raph’s beautiful property. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax in a peaceful environment. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook delicious food while we were there. The pool was a massive highlight - we spent a lot of time in it! What an utterly stunning property with great hosts.

The apartment's location was super central, for the ADO center and the hotel zone, there were supermarkets (Soriana, Walmart, Chedraui, Costco) about 20 minutes away on foot. As for the apartment, it was clean and cool upon arrival, since they had turned on the air conditioning in the master bedroom, which works very well to cool the apartment. Gaby, who was our host, was attentive to everything, and answered our questions super quickly. In short, we had a great stay 10/10

We had a lovely time at Jesus’ place - check in was flexible as we were allowed to wait in the pool area and were lucky enough to check in an hour early. The location is good, close to the Chedraui (grocery store), super aki (convenient for tour pick up), and the colectivo station. Walkable to the Centro and only a stop away from the ruins/national park where you can access the beach. Having a laundry room was super confident too!

Stayed at Susana’s place and it was lovely! We had a great time, loved the location and amazing ocean views!! You get the best of both worlds with view of beautiful Caribbean Sea + Lagoon! Easy and smooth check in 👍🏼

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

Edna was an extremely sweet, responsive, and helpful host. Her place was beautiful, walking distance to activities and restaurants, and private. We highly recommend this fabulous place!

We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!

of the best places in Tulum, in the same place, beach with white sand, cove, pool and cenote. There was a lot of sargassum all over Tulum, but there wasn't any in the cove. In one part of the beach, there were 2 or 3 people cleaning the sargassum every day, so that area was clean. The apartment had an ocean view, which was very nice.

This place was amazing. The people where great, I loved the view. The host and there property manager were quick with phone calls and getting me where I need to go, because I got lost. We rented a car the driving there is all one ways and fast pace. I felt safe and had no worries. The place is the way it described in the photos a d there is many things to do in the area. I had a great time here. I will be back. Thank you!

Mely and Woody’s place was just as described. Beautiful double balconies, all of the amenities you could need for a great day at the beach. The restaurant suggestions of Los Amigos and La Bamba…don’t miss these spots the food and service were too notch! The place is within walking distance of all the Cancun party fun yet far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep in the comfy bedding. Great easy check-in, and transportation arrangements were seamless. If we could give Gustavo 5 stars we would do that too! If we are ever back in Cancun we would surely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant 2-week stay. The apartment was clean, functional, and well-suited for a longer visit. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for everyday cooking, and the AC was effective, which was important in the warm climate. The pool was a nice extra, and the internet worked well for remote work, including video calls. The location was convenient — just a short walk to a nice beach and some local shops. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay.
