Vacation rentals in Puerto Morelos

Juan, his team, and his place are maravillosos (wonderful)! My friends and I rented Villa Yambú for a bachelor party weekend. The house is beautiful and situated in a perfect location within Playacar Fase (Phase) 1. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily check-ins from the maintenance tech, Francisco, as well as by the daily cleaning service. We were wowed by the attention to detail: the housekeeping team realized we were missing certain bartending equipment to maximize our stay and, unprompted, provided it to us. So hospitable! I also highly recommend Chef Kim, whom Juan refers and lists in his house amenities guide. Chef made an amazing seafood paella for us and was a welcome addition to a fabulous final evening in PdC. The only hiccup we experienced was in finding the villa after entering the neighborhood. I recommend asking security for specific instructions, as the street addresses can be confusing. Thanks Juan! Beautiful 3 bedroom two floor apartment with comfortable beds, hot water, clean, working appliances and shaded outside space. Two of the bedrooms (the master bedroom with king bed and the bedroom with two double beds) have ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom. It has a large slider that connect to the master bedroom as well as a separate door to the hall, making it appropriate for children that can share the master bathroom. As the third toilet is on the ground floor, it might be awkward to for unrelated adults to use the third bedroom and the master bedroom. The Villa Sole complex is located between two resorts which were generally quite quiet. Wedding music ended by 10:30-11:00pm which made it easy to sleep. The unit includes access to a gated parking area that is within the walls of the complex. We were 10 minutes from the restaurants and shopping in Puerto Morelos which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

The view was incredible, wonderful pool, beautiful furnishings inside the home, lovely patio furnishings, and to be able to walk on soft sand all the way into the water, without having to deal with rocky areas, was lovely. There are almost 2 different water ecosystems because of a pier that goes out into the water just south of the property. You have access to the full stretch of walkable beach, past hotels and beach clubs, and it is absolutely stunning. The snorkeling on the opposite side of that pier was incredible - flounder, sting rays, and tons of other fish. Jet ski rentals are just next door, and the service and care from the host team was flawless. My entire family agreed: this was the best place we’ve ever stayed.

From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The attention to detail, the quality, and the overall professionalism exceeded my expectations. Carlos was extremely helpful and responsive! It’s clear that a lot of care and thought went into every part of this beautiful home. I felt valued, taken care of, and genuinely impressed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place in Playa Del Carmen — you won’t regret it!

Jess’s place was amazing. The home is breathtaking. We loved every second of our stay. The double security made us feel so safe. We appreciated her fast response time. We’d come back again and again!

we had 15 people and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. we loved the pool and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. the beach and downtown were super close. can't beat the location.

Our stay at Miguel‘s dolphin suite one was wonderful. Charlie who looks after the place was wonderful very quick. Really enjoyed that they have water available and that we didn’t have to try and lug a 5 gallon water container home. It was only a minute or two walk to the beach. They also had lawn chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach as well as coolers, books And many other options. We will stay here again and recommend it to anybody else. Very clean, very polite very quiet and very much enjoyed by my husband and I. Looking forward to coming and stay again soon. Thank you Charlie and Miguel, Jane and Dave🌴

Absolutely lovely spot in Puerto Morelos! One of the best kitchens I've ever had at an Airbnb! Such a cute Airbnb with great access to the beach and other beach clubs are easily accessible if that's of interest! Very quiet, which I also appreciated. The pool was a nice stop off from the ocean and their foot bath/showers were great for getting the sand off. Air conditioning was great and the hosts were super responsive with any questions we had. Truly a pleasure to stay here!

Excellent location. Lots of places to eat. Collectivo goes right by the front door. Very centrally located to meet our needs.

The apartment was really nice — everything was brand new and super clean. I was a big fan of the tasteful, minimalist designs and great use of space. The patio is perfect for dinner at sunset, with a perfect view of the lush green mangroves. I only booked for one night because I wanted to try different locations along the coast, but wish I’d booked this place for longer. It was a great value and perfect location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, town square, grocery shops, convenience stores, etc. I didn’t need a rental car because everything was walking distance (except for a trip to cenotes—don’t miss them, there are many within a 30 min drive!) Bonus: the gorgeous rooftop pool with ocean views. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, and check-in was easy. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a short or long-term stay.

Unfortunately we only had one night but would have loved to stay longer, perfect location, great views and very clean and functional apartment. We would stay here again.

Great stay!!! Roger’s pad was central in town easy to get to anywhere never had problem with parking very close to the beach , restaurants, grocery store and bars. Wonderful stay we will return and like to stay again. Thank you for accommodations.

Beautiful impeccable accommodation with a very attentive welcome and a very pleasant swimming pool. It's a little out of the way but the bikes offered for free allow you to get to the village and the beach.
