We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at Stay Cielo ! The room looks exactly like photos, if not even better in person. So very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Also, closet space was amazing! Our fav part of course was rooftop with the pool! I can not say enough good things about this place. Everything is just steps away. From cutest breakfast places, to the grocery store, all the restaurants and night life . The beach is literally 5 min walk and also Laundry facilities downstairs on the corner . We even got massages downstairs ! The host was very responsive and answered all our questions ! We will be staying here for all our trips moving forward to Playa ! Book here ! You will not be disappointed, I promise!

Great beach view. Spacious place with kitchenette and table for four people. Very close to the airport, the Mayan train station, Plaza la Isla, Playa Delfines, etc. No traffic complaints on the days we were there. Very good care of the host.

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

a quiet, beautiful place with the decorations of both the bedroom and the entire garden, they are always friendly and from the arrival everything was very good. I highly recommend it, close to the lighthouse and a few steps from food places. Everything was very good

Andres' place is beautiful. The view is really lovely. The location really could not be better. 38th Street (nearby) is our favorite for restaurants and the beach is very close and accessible. The 5th floor apartment is high enough that it was quiet at night. Andres was always helpful and responsive. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Jim’s place was absolutely amazing! The snorkeling right off the ladder was incredible. The water was crystal clear and a blast to swim in. We had a great jumping off the wall into the deep clear blue water! We felt right at home as the place has EVERYTHING you need to relax, cook and enjoy a great vacation!

It's an area far from Majahual, but you have an amazing time

A sublime villa that really seduced my partner and me. A little piece of heaven with lights everywhere around the pool, which is lit with the color of your choice. Very clean accommodation, amazing mattress, romantic atmosphere really present. Very well-equipped kitchen, very clean bathroom. Honestly, there is absolutely nothing negative to say about this accommodation, excellent value for money and above all, our host Jeff was very responsive. In conclusion, go for it, you won't regret it!

The house exceeded my expectations. I did not account from the time change and arrived an hour later than I thought and the host was understanding and stayed late to show me the property. The house I beautiful and surrounded by nature. Theo recommendations on what to do and where to eat in Bacalar were great. They were always responsive and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The house was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The pool was a highlight for us, perfect temperature and great for cooling off and enjoying the gorgeous weather. The location couldn’t have been better — right across from a fantastic beach club that made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. We also loved how centrally located the home was for visiting other beaches, local attractions, and even exploring the nearby pyramids. It truly felt like the best of all worlds. What really made our experience stand out, though, was the host, Sacha. From the moment we booked, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He provided excellent dining and activity recommendations and responded to every question promptly —

Fanny was so wonderful, she was kind and helpful and replied immediately to all of our messages. The place was beautiful, we wished we would’ve stayed for our entire trip instead of just a few days. We had the best time. She had wonderful amenities like water and face sunscreen for us and an incredible concierge to guide us through all our needs. We LOVED the pool and how private it felt and the remote controlled blinds allowed us to wake up to the sunshine when we wanted to. We had massages on the patio and every amenity we could need. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The main bathroom and the window that opens to the pool were my favorite parts. THANK YOU to Fanny and Lucas! Highly recommend.

Honest review so there are no surprises: 5 stars because Nico was responsive and very accommodating and we made the best out of our experience. The place is hard to find - we had to ask around in order to find the place but once we were there, it was fine. The cleaners are wonderful. There is an ant issue but Nico had the cleaners come asap to eliminate the infestation. You yourself can not use the wash/dryer and the cleaners take your clothes & wash them for you elsewhere. The AC is not the best but we weren't suffering in heat. The pool and kitchen are the two highlights of the house. It is within a 5 minute walk of a mini mart which also sells alcohol and its a nice area for a jog. The gate keeper / security were great and also helpful so utilize them. If you don't speak Spanish, just use Google translate. The internet didn't work the last day but we didn't complain because we had our Hotspots and were leaving that day anyways. Overall, it was a memorable stay for a large group.

Incredible place, connect with nature, still accessable to Tulum and local attractions. The host provided amazing recommendations and I would absolutely stay again. Note that there are bugs around the propoerty but that is part of being in nature and the host was incredible responsive to any concerns.

Amazing location! Beachfront and in an exclusive private beach. The bay waters are very calm so perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The unit is beautifully decorated and it’s very well equipped. The plunge pool in the large balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean was a great way to cool off without leaving the room. And the rooftops? Wow! The gym that overlooks the jungle and on the other side, a second large rooftop deck with a roof pool where you can see the most amazing sunsets, with ocean views of the entire bay. BBQ grill and pizza oven on the deck as well. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes on the main road, from Tulum town and the hotels beach area, away from the noise but a fast and easy ride to go enjoy a night in the town. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to coming back to this paradise!

Great place to stay while you are going around Cancun, main bed was comfortable! I will definitely Airbnb with them again.
