My stay was very good, the bed is comfortable and the room has everything you need, the place was clean and was as shown in the photos. I would like to highlight Oscar's attention and kindness, he was attentive at all times and communication was very good. I would definitely go back again.

We had a fantastic stay in Playa del Carmen! The apartment was in a terrific location—just a few blocks from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The staff was really wonderful: friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive to the few requests we had. Their hospitality made everything feel easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Our host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and they even left a few thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you're visiting Playa del Carmen, do yourself a favor and book this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I loved my stay at this beautiful studio in Puerto Morelos, it was the perfect combination of comfort and perfect location. The space is modern, impeccable and very well equipped with everything you might need. The balcony and rooftop is a dream: it has beautiful views of the ocean and mangroves, a pool, barbecue and plenty of space to relax. It is in the very center of Puerto Morelos just a few steps from the beach, the main square, main supermarket, shops and restaurants. I really appreciated details like the secure parking and the elevator. 100% recommended.

The apartment had everything I needed -- nice kitchen, adequate shower and a good bed. It was a short walk to the beach, stores and great places to eat or listen to music. I had a few special requests and Meelissa was very responsive and accommodating. I liked the place so well I extended my stay in Puerto Morelos (instead of Cancun) and now I'm on the top floor with the palapas roof - no stove but even cozier! No need to rent a car or even get a taxi as it's only 30 pesos on Playa Express to get down to PM, and 10 pseso on the Collectivo to get to beach side. Once here everything is in walking distance or you can rent a bike.

Very nice place, unfortunately the sargasso season did not allow us to enter the beach. excellent view and a golf cart as a plus.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! We came to Puerto Morelos to look at real estate and have an authentic experience. Over the course of our visit we stayed in 3 different Airbnb properties. This was the last - and (by far) the best. The unit itself is impeccable and they’ve gone above and beyond to provide anything you might need for a wonderful stay. The building is new, lovely and extremely safe with round-the-clock security. The property is tucked behind the Federal Port (confusing and off-putting to some) but that doesn’t detract from the facilities or views. We found the town easily walkable and access to Snoopy (the golf cart) made the experience even better. The property manager, Mercedes, is as good as they come - helpful and always responsive. When we found ourselves needing to pivot from another location, they sprang into action to accommodate our last-minute request. We appreciate it all and will definitely be back!

The accommodations and amenities were perfect. Very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better unit. It is new and I hope they keep it up because it is a beautiful building. Great workout area and right on the beach. The only thing that I didn’t care for was being on that side of the port and the access to town was a bit difficult if you’re walking. All in all a wonderful stay!!!

Nice apartment located on one of the nicest streets in Playa del Carmen, perfect for a stay as a couple with everything you need to rest and get to know the surroundings, clean, comfortable and safe.

Great location , just a short walk to 5th Ave. Maybe 10 minutes to the beach. Nice little park just across from the house. We arrived much earlier than scheduled check in .Howard let us drag all of our stuff in and we went out to lunch while they finished prepping our rooms. Howard will adjust to any of your needs or concerns, even promised to replace a rickety screen door. If you want a home away from home , this comfortable apartment and setting is for you. .

Great location! 2 blocks to any and everything. The place looks better in person, one downside is it's on the third floor with no elevator, it wouldn't be good for elderly or disabled people. The rooftop view is amazing!!! JUST BOOK IT! it's well worth the money. We plan on staying again.

I highly recommend this unit. It is clean, very well appointed and peaceful. It is exactly as described and matched all photos. The host was very responsive.

*5/5 stars* I stayed at this place with my loved ones and everything went perfectly. The description and photos were totally accurate, so we knew exactly what to expect. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring the city (by car) The only thing that could be considered a drawback is that the apartment is located on the top floor, which means that you have to climb a lot of stairs. However, this was not a big problem for us and it was worth it for the quality of the accommodation. Overall, I am very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. The host was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Very comfortable, good location with easy access, although it is small it has everything you need to be comfortable and rest. The place is convenient for visiting Cancun, Playa del Carmen and parks such as Xcaret or Xel ha. 10 minutes from the beautiful Puerto Morelos public beach.

Beautiful place, extremely clean, ocean view, cold ac! Host was very accommodating with our last minute booking. Secure parking and location. Two pools with ocean views. Located right on the beach (sargassum was an issue, so be mindful with time of year booking) Beds were super comfortable with new bedding and smart tvs. Plenty of closet space in each room. Several beach towels provided, which was a nice touch. Small kitchenette with full size fridge. Large shower with great water pressure. We had a nice stay!

This condo is tastefully decorated , spacious , with thoughtful & practical touches. The complex is quiet, located in an uncrowded beach area, with its own pool & hot tub. Use of a golf cart was essential in access to town center, as adjacent construction was a deterrent to walk the distance for us. CeCe was very responsive to questions & Prompt to adjust to our needs. I will definitely recommend the site to others & hope to return. Gustavo , on site was also helpful & available.

My mother-in-law really enjoyed her stay. The picture's really don't do it justice. The location is perfect, close to the center, delicious restaurants, and a view of the beach (slightly obstructed on the right because of the rooftop of Merkadito beach club); however, you have an excellent view of the beach to the left (sunrise was breathtaking). The terrace was large and spacious. Really nice to eat the meals or just have some drinks. Mariajose was responsive; however, several hours or sometimes the next day would pass before we got a response. There is a wooden plaque about the wifi information on the wall in the kitchen but it is hidden behind a tall plant and Mariajose said it was in the bedroom. Overall, we recommend it and I believe my own mother will want to stay there on her next visit.
