In the bathroom we put towels, shampoo, body wash 🧴 It is close to Chedraui, you can walk there 5-8 minutes. Is one block from the Main Street Juarez Avenue, were you can take a taxi or a van. In Juarez avenue are few small restaurants, laundry, groceries store Oxxo. It is 3 blocks from hiway where you can take the vans to Tulum or Cancún. 20 minutos walking to the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at Robert’s place. We truly couldn’t have chosen better. We were traveling with our one-year-old, and Robert’s place was a real gem. His assistant drove us around, prepared delicious dinners, and took us to local markets to buy fruit (the mangoes and bananas were to die for). It truly felt like an all-inclusive experience, but with the comfort of a great apartment and family-friendly surroundings.

Great place to stay. It's better in person than the pictures. Fidel is very attentive and always helped me at all times when I wrote to him. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Playa del Carmen it is a very quiet condo, it has schedules for public areas which makes it order. The apartment has all the necessary equipment to have an excellent stay. It is close to the center of Playa del Carmen since the avenue that enters the condominium takes you all the right to the center, to go out on the road you are no less than eight minutes. Many thanks for everything Fidel!

We had a pleasant stay at this well located place. It offers some benefits that we really liked: The kitchen was fully equipped, also with a Nespresso machine. There is an underground car park in which we always found a parking space/24h. The elevator worked perfectly. Especially the terrace was a highlight – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean! A big thank you to the local contact persons who helped immediately when we lost our key. A small note: There is an event location nearby, and during our stay there were often parties that could be heard until the early morning. In addition, there is a veterinary clinic/shelter opposite the property, so you could be woken up by the barking of dogs in the morning. Despite these points, I recommend the place, especially because of the location, the amenities, and the great service! Thank you !!!
