The place is just as described, very nice and clean. Dan & Mariana were very responsive, making sure we had what we needed and were super flexible with checking in and out. 5/5 stars, I would absolutely book again!

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

We had a great time at this apartment. Everything was as described, the private rooftop is just great and we enjoyed the private pool with ocean view a lot. 5th avenue and beach are only a short walk away, which is great. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we need. Great place to use as a starting base to explore Playa del Carmen or just to relax some days in the apartment complex. Also, the free parking spot in the parking garage underneath the building was a big plus for us, as we had a rental car. We will be back for sure 😊

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

We really enjoyed our stay. Any problems were dealt with to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion. t The house was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the knives could do with sharpening. The pool was not terribly inviting as it was full of leaves and quite cold as it was located in a shady area and was not heated. But that was not in the control of the owners of course. easy to get to the beach with Uber. Good places to eat in the neighborhood, especially Dona Paula's taco stand on the corner. Something useful would be a guide book.

*5/5 stars* I stayed at this place with my loved ones and everything went perfectly. The description and photos were totally accurate, so we knew exactly what to expect. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring the city (by car) The only thing that could be considered a drawback is that the apartment is located on the top floor, which means that you have to climb a lot of stairs. However, this was not a big problem for us and it was worth it for the quality of the accommodation. Overall, I am very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. The host was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. I would stay here again without hesitation!

We had a wonderful time in Cozumel. Ledge was a fantastic host and Ruby, our condo attendant, went above and beyond what we expected to make our stay great. Very nice condo in a safe quiet area. Beautiful beach and turquoise water make this place a must stay. Will definitely be back.

Both Jessica and Ely were available and responsive to all of our needs. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen, clean linens, two bicycles available for use as well as beach gear. The neighborhood is safe and convenient. Colectivo stops right in front of the house. Walking distance to convenience stores, fruit stand and many local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it another week! Thank you Jessica and Ely!

We loved this place. It was a great location away from the busy area but very walkable to whatever you want. The access to the beach was great to have. Verita was incredible responsive and very helpful with any questions. We will book this place again, no question about it.

This was a great condo for four people to relax and unwind at the end of the year. It's an excellent location, right on the beach with it's own swimming pool and security folks. All the night life and restaurants of 5th Ave as a short walk away, making this one of the BEST locations in Playa. If there is a downside, its that being so close to the nightlife comes with a little noise. No problem. The front desk couldn't be more helpful and the property owners were very responsive to any requests. I couldn't recommend this condo higher.

I had the most incredible experience staying at Villa Maya! From the moment we arrived, Gilda made us feel like we were at home. The outdoor area is a true highlight, offering a peaceful retreat with gorgeous surroundings. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of activities nearby. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cancun. Every moment was unforgettable, and I truly felt pampered throughout my entire visit. I highly recommend Villa Maya to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway—this place is truly a gem, and I can’t wait to return!

Antonio & Karina are wonderful people. They met us at the apartment and gave us a run through of everything. They then provided a great list of recommendations and were around whenever we had questions or needed anything. The apartment is perfect, the location is 10/10 with views of the sea and seconds to the popular 5th Street. I loved walking to the beach and then being able to come back easily for a snack. We had a great experience, that was only made better by Antonio and Karina! I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it, and I can't wait to come back!

Great apartment on top floor- lots of space, flexible check out. Communication very good and location excellent. A little noisy as on the main road. A good find and good value compared to the rather rundown hotels in the area.

I was surprised that this place looks better in person than in the photos, the location is really good and the whole accommodation!! Something that made it a super plus was arriving and finding a package of cookies, cold water and Coca-Cola!! That's super plus!! I would definitely book again, SUPER RECOMMENDED!

The location is perfect private and far enough from noise but at a walkable and safe distance to the 5th ave and mall. Also direct access to the beach 2 blocks down the street. On top of it , the house is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, anything you may need.

Absolutely lovely spot in Puerto Morelos! One of the best kitchens I've ever had at an Airbnb! Such a cute Airbnb with great access to the beach and other beach clubs are easily accessible if that's of interest! Very quiet, which I also appreciated. The pool was a nice stop off from the ocean and their foot bath/showers were great for getting the sand off. Air conditioning was great and the hosts were super responsive with any questions we had. Truly a pleasure to stay here!

Great location , just a short walk to 5th Ave. Maybe 10 minutes to the beach. Nice little park just across from the house. We arrived much earlier than scheduled check in .Howard let us drag all of our stuff in and we went out to lunch while they finished prepping our rooms. Howard will adjust to any of your needs or concerns, even promised to replace a rickety screen door. If you want a home away from home , this comfortable apartment and setting is for you. .
