We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to explore. The neighborhood felt safe and was incredibly beautiful, with plenty of charm and vibrant local culture. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From check-in to check-out, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best we’ve encountered. This place really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We'd definitely stay here again!

The place was exactly as posted. Communication was very outstanding, and it was very safe. And of course the 7-11 is very convenient

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and truly escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back. Don’t hesitate — book it!

The accommodations were outstanding , it really felt like coming home after a long day of exploring Playa . The private pool and roof terrace were amazing additions!

Andres was a great host—very communicative throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and easy. The location was perfect, just a block away from 5th Street where all the restaurants and shops are. We loved that the living room was on a separate floor from the bedroom—it really gave the place a homey, spacious feel. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Andres!

Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

Jessica and her beautiful place are wonderful! She met us when we got there. The whole property is a gorgeous garden with greenery and flowers. The pool is sparkling and the house is clean and decorated so nice! It is easy to walk to dozens of little shops and restaurants. There are fruit shops and tortilleria nearby. I recommend that you walk up the main street to get tortas of cochinita in the morning. At night you can walk to a hundred places... but practically next door is El Picudo seafood restaurant. This is such a cute place and the hostess makes your stay comfortable. I couldn't ask for more.. oh yeah, the water pressure is great too!

The location is good and central to visit several places, the property is as described, very quiet and pleasant subdivision, the pool is nice and clean, the guards are always ready to help you. The host was helpful at all times, the house was fully stocked with all kinds of supplies. Highly recommended, I hope to return again.

We felt comfortable in the rooms, it has enough space to relax, it is a good place, it is a quiet area, the only thing is that when going with children, you could not watch TV, which for them is essential, but in general the stay was comfortable, we enjoyed the pool, both the private one and the one in the common areas ☺️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it has absolutely everything, the apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very kind, walking to 5th Avenue was a great walk, it's about 12 minutes, I will definitely return! The best place in Playacar is here!

Great place and complex with everything as described. Oscar is a very attentive host who goes beyond to make your stay nice and comfortable!

Great accommodation with a private hot tub, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we didn't have access to parking. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated even though it was out of his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend it!!!

What can I say? Everything was perfect! Everything was as promised in the text and in the pictures. In addition, the safe and beautiful surroundings of Puerto Aventuras. Everywhere friendly people from different countries, delicious food in many restaurants, we loved it. As a host, Andres was perfect, all our questions were answered quickly. That's how we enjoyed our relaxing vacation in Mexico! We will be back.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at Cathy’s place in Puerto Morelos for two adult couples and a 2 year old. The place is quiet, private, and safe, but still close to all you want to be near in PM. It has everything you need and Cathy is an INCREDIBLE host (very responsive, quick to problem solve, and eager to please). You will have NO regrets about booking your stay here. Pool is clean and well maintained, beach is GORGEOUS, complex is quiet but very friendly, AC units inside work great, potable water is provided in the unit. Of note, as is common in the region, toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of in the trash (again, very typical for this area). We will definitely consider coming back on our next trip to PM!

It met our expectations, we had a great stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. The pool is perfect, and the condominium is spacious, perfect for accommodation. The host's service was excellent, very kind. 100% recommended if you want to spend time with family, friends or if you just want to be close to the main avenues

Five star stay! From the welcome guide provided at booking to the communication throughout our trip this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date. The Airbnb was exactly as described and the perfect location to enjoy Playa to the fullest. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting again!
