House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. Our cool and comfortable Studio comfortably fits two people. It is located on a quiet street, just a few minutes from the center of Premantura. It is possible for third person to stay in, but is an extra cost. Pets are allowed. It is payable and it costs 15 euro per day for one pet. Air conditioning/heating is payable, 10 euro per day.
