Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Premantura

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The amenities are in great condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would be happy to come back.

The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The surrounding area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. At the pool, we couldn't figure out where to heat it, but we were always in the hot tub anyway. A perfect place to stay for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

House Gortan was an excelent choice for us. We travelled as a family with a dog and were very satisfied. The house’s location was perfect for us, as we like to visit different beaches and also do some trekking, so we didn’t have to drive too much as there is a lot to do nearby. There are no restaurants in Marcana, but Luiza recommended a lot of good restaurants that were all like 10 minutes drive. The house itself was surprising: very good maintained, spotless clean, and completely equipped. It was the first time I traveled to an Airbnb and didn’t miss my kitchen, really great. Thank you Luiza for all the tips. It was a pleasure staying in your house.

Supermarket within walking distance. Very nice and well-kept house! Clean & nice swimming pool and beautiful comfortable sun beds. Friendly owners.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We had a great time @casa Leona. The house is very nicely equipped and very clean. Our kids had a lot of fun in the pool and jacuzzi. The hosts were very friendly and easily accessible. Many great beaches in the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay a lot

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

It was a great stay at the Stone House Ana. Especially the Grill , the multiple ways to sit outside in the garden and of course the Hot Tub🔥 were great. Your AirBnB is super clean and the interior fits the house perfectly. My girlfriend and I were very happy that we choose your house for our late summer vacation in the beautiful region of Istria. The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time
