House vacation rentals in Premantura

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described in the listing. It's a shame that this great villa isn't a little closer to the beach. But you don't disturb anyone and can enjoy your vacation completely undisturbed. Very nice hosts.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Our week-long stay in Danijel and Tina's house was fantastically beautiful. The two have furnished the accommodation with so much attention to detail, super practical and with everything you need. Our absolute highlights were: A lovingly prepared floor bed for our two-year-old daughter, toys for her, the large garden, where you could always find a shady or sunny spot somewhere, fly screens on every window, the grill plate and the extra refrigerator in the extension right next to the terrace. Thank you Tina and Danijel for your hospitality! We will be back!

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

We have already stayed in this wonderful accommodation for the second time – and again absolutely thrilled! It almost feels like a home away from home. Everything was perfect as the first time: the warm communication, the lovingly furnished house, the cleanliness and the little details that make the stay so special. You can just see how much love and care everything was designed with here. This time, too, everything was well prepared – fresh linens, fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen and many nice little things that made us feel at home immediately. The location is quiet but central, with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely be back – and look forward to the next time. Thank you so much for the hospitality again! We were very lucky to spend our holidays in this beautiful house in Rovinj, and it was undoubtedly the most beautiful cottage we have ever been to. The garden is a true oasis – lovingly maintained, with many shaded places that invite you to linger. Our kids spent every day in the pool and had an incredible amount of fun. The house itself is superbly equipped. The attention to detail and the high comfort make the stay particularly pleasant. Everything has been thought of here to give guests a perfect holiday. The location is ideal: the house offers a lot of privacy, and yet you are close enough to town to reach everything comfortably. All the important things for everyday needs are very close. A big thank you also to the landlady, who was available to help us at all times. Her warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more beautiful.

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a lovely vacation in the beautiful house in the amazing surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, nice and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

The house is beautifully situated in Fazana. We sat on the terrace in front of the house every evening and enjoyed the life of the city. The house is nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable.

Ana and her dad, who welcomed us, were amazing. They helped out in every situation and made this apartment really a home. We really liked it in Pula and enjoyed our time.

Jasminka is a wonderful and very helpful host. Her home in Premantura is cozy and has everything that you may need. For us, the biggest advantage was a garden that is beautiful and where we could play with our dog. It was great stay, thank you Jasminka 🙂

Our holiday at Vilavil was fantastic; a beautiful villa in a secluded location - only a few farmers for neighbours occasionally. The villa sits in an olive grove and no one passes by, yet you are only 5 or 10 mins from great beaches and restaurants, 15 minutes from Pula and you can day-trip to Italy in 90 minutes. The villa itself is comfortable and well equipped; a lovely shaded dining area outside and a great size pool. - a fantastic property!

We were guests of Mauro in the second half of June. The house is wonderful, very spacious, bright, welcoming and very clean: you immediately feel comfortable! The house is equipped with every comfort and the grill and jacuzzi in the garden allow you to spend beautiful evenings in the open air. The landlord has always been helpful, friendly and friendly. The area is very quiet and quiet. There are great restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Recommended!!!

My family and I stayed here for a week in May 2017. Villa Corall is a well presented property, very clean and tidy with a nice garden. There were 4 of us, my wife and I and our children 10 & 12 and we were very comfortable there. The owners of the property, Anja and Luka could not have been more hospitable, they were fantastic hosts and very friendly and helpful. The property is situated only a few minutes walk from the centre of Premantura, you are also only a few minutes walk from the Kamenjak nature park where you can enjoy walks, cycling or visiting the beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the park! Pula airport is not too far away so it is an easy destination to get to. It is also close to Pula and was easy for us to visit there and a number of other interesting nearby places, such as Brijuni and Rovinj. I will certainly visit again, we had a fantastic time and I would recommend Villa Corall as a place to stay to anyone who wants to experience the delights of Croatia.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful - spacious and with a lovely garden to sit and play in. The location is unbeatable - in the center of the village and right on the doorstep of Kamenjak. Goran was a very communicative and friendly host. Everything was transparent and straightforward. Highly recommended. Thank you Goran for hosting us - we hope to come again!

A really outstanding nice hostess who goes far beyond what is waiting to give her guests a perfect stay. Vesna takes care of her guests like a good mother and provides them with plenty of information about possible activities. Also, small niceties such as homemade strudel are often provided free of charge. You feel right at home and almost like being at home.

We had a great time in Lovro‘s apartment. The area has a lot to offer and you have a nice retreat to hide from crowded beaches and restaurants. Lovro gives great advices and offers amazing tours around the national park. We would love to come back and highly recommend families to visit!

A three-day weekend with friends. An ideal apartment, comfortable with an outdoor space to eat and enjoy. Access to the sea on foot in 15 minutes. Really perfect.
