Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Premantura

We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The bedroom on the first floor opens directly to the street - so you feel in the middle of the action. From here we were able to take wonderful excursions in all directions.

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

We stayed at this lovely place for a week at the end of May with our dog. Upon arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from the bird's eye view of Ivan were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with everything you need and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea in front of the door, what else could you ask for. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean, well-equipped and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The outdoor area with the pool and garden is lovely, and the quiet surroundings were just what we needed. One small thing to note: one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room, which might not be ideal for every group setup. But for us, it worked out just fine. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment with a private pool and garden. Perfect location for exploring Istria

We visited with our dog for a week. The accommodation is nicely decorated and lacks nothing. The highlight is the garden. Beautiful pool, loungers, meadow, trees and the barbecue. The village itself is quite quiet, but there are some restaurants. If you want to do something, you can just drive to the neighboring town. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic holiday. Robert and his wife were so friendly and helpful. Always quick to reply. They booked restaurants and taxis for us. Gave us fresh peaches from their tree. Suggested things to do. The pool is so clean, as is the apartment. There are Good restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket and pharmacy just around the corner. Robert is really a super host and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely lovely villa! Bedrooms are spacious , there is plenty room for all your belongings (and more) ! Garden is beautifully maintained and being able to sit outside on either side of the house (think morning/evening sun) we really enjoyed during our one week stay. Pool is a great plus too ! Proximity of local shop, restaurant(s) is nice and area around Ližnjan is wonderful to explore and many things to see other than great seaside! Josipa and Damir offered help in every way so we really felt welcome and comfortable!

The house is perfect if you are looking for peace and want to relax. Its idyllic location in the small village of Mutvoran is wonderful. The property is large enough and offers a play area for children, with a trampoline and a small children's playground. Great house for families. The description of the house is 100% accurate. Davor and his wife are very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend the house.

It was a wonderful short vacation. Villa Flegar offers everything you need and more. The house is very tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool, the weather was just too bad. The landlords are very nice and helpful, but we absolutely had our privacy. We thank you for the wonderful time.

Gordana was a very nice and great host :) Can only agree with the good reviews! The apartment is very well equipped - and you feel right at home. The location is great, almost right on the marina, 15-20 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, by car or a bike you can get there in a few minutes. My dog also felt comfortable ;) Thank you for the beautiful days - and also the homemade jam was delicious. Gladly again and fully recommended! :)

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is neat and fully equipped. If we are needed anything (which has not been necessary), we could always contact the host. A super quiet and beautiful area close to cozy villages and beautiful beaches.

The view was a dream, the apartment was clean and we felt very comfortable! Everything we needed was there - a small couch would be perfect ;-) The field with the olive grove was also perfect for a little evening stroll. The surroundings are basically more touristy, which can sometimes make it louder - but that didn't bother us. The beach and the walking paths in the area were also perfect for us with the dogs. Marina and her family were very nice and friendly. All in all a wonderful time - we will be happy to come back :-)

We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. Particularly beautiful was the fenced garden, where our dog could move freely. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The property is located near the bell tower of Premantura, about 300m from the entrance to Kamenjak Park and close to bars and supermarket. There's no private parking, but you can still find it nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay; the environment is well cared for and great for a stay of two people having the necessary spaces to live comfortably.

The place matches the pictures on the listing. The host was flexible when we arrived and flexible about the checkout time. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and juice which made us feel like a busy trip.
