Cozy Studio Apartment

Our cool and comfortable one bedroom studio with exposed brick wall. It comfortably fits two people and is located on a quiet street, just few minutes from the center of Premantura. It is possible for third person to stay in, but is an extra cost. Pets are allowed. It is payable and it costs 15 euro per day for one pet. Air conditioning/heating is payable, 10 euro per day.

PULA- House with Garden,near Roman Arena

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Villa Gardenia is located in Premantura, 10 km from the city of Pula. Pula Airport is 18 km away, and the first beach of Uvala Prisadi is only 650 m away. Villa Gardenia is a house decorated with large green trees, beautiful palm trees, and a unique view of the sea from the top of the house.

New house built in the heart of Premantura just a few steps from the Natural Park Kamenjak which is known for both sandy and rocky beaches with amazing canyons. The house owns one parking place and if you have a friend with paws, of course that will be welcome!
