Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 7 Runke (2 person2) is one of seven apartments in our house. It has one bedroome and is situated on a second floor with a beautiful sea view.

Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Apartments Flora, with pool, are located in Premantura, only 200m from the entrance to Nature park "Rt Kamenjak" (one of the top 10 hidden coastlines - Lonely Planet), with crystal clear sea and beautifull beaches. All apartments are equipped with italian furniture, with balcony, electric cooking plates, refrigerator, coffee machine, LCD – TV, air conditioning, safe. Within our house you will find a pool with deckchairs and sunshades available for our Clients.

Introducing our 2025 offering: a jacuzzi hot tub at Villa Maris, a newly built holiday home in Medulin. The villa features 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room in 130 m². Enjoy the 32 m² private pool, sunbathing area, covered terrace, and barbecue. Uživajte na mirnoj, usamljenoj lokaciji 600 m od mora, masažnim bazenom i saunom. Kuća se sastoji od 3 spavaće sobe od kojih svaka ima svoju kupaonicu.
