Sandra did a great job as a host. Everything was as described and after a long drive we were glad to be able to check in by ourselves eveb late at night. We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! In this beautiful apartment, it was simply unforgettable! The place is modern and tastefully decorated and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well-maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We highly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

The place was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, would gladly come again.

Clean apartment, great location, and great communication. Pula is a fantastic place; very calm and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maya's appartment! The flat is very comfortable, and the location is excellent - close to the center of Pula, but still quiet in the evenings. While it wasn't quite hot enough to use the terrace, the kitchen and dining space is lovely and if you don't feel like cooking Pula has plenty of options nearby. Maya was always helpful and responsive, and was kind enough to be flexible around our check in and check out times as we were coming by car. She was also kind enough to recommend us great spots for food and where we could find good local beaches too!

The landlady Anna was very friendly, gave us tips for the stay and was always available. The place was big enough for me and my 2 friends. You have two couches, which you could pull out as 2 single beds and a double bed. Towels, kitchen equipment and even everyday things like oil for frying or shower gel were all available. A very large and beautiful, shaded terrace has made the entire Airbnb stay in Croatia even more beautiful. By car, the nearest beautiful beach is only 5 km away. Simply a perfect Airbnb for little money.

Ivan was really helpful and kind. Beyond normal expectations. Really, congratulations. Quiet area, in the middle of the trees, a gem. The restaurant next door is a surprise. Nothing to send to nearby starred restaurants. Perfect getaway. Thank you, Ivan

You can’t get a better location from better host in Pula

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Beautiful, bright apartment. Everything at ground level (ideal with children). And location is of course excellent.

The place is very large and perfectly located. It is very nicely decorated and very clean. The roof terrace is perfect for morning coffee and sunset and the day to reflect and relax.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

Very comfortable and cosy.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

We were guests of Sara in Pula (Valkane) from May 19 to 25, 2025 and had a wonderful stay! Sara is a warm, open host who speaks fluent Italian and English. We had apartment 1, a very clean, lovingly furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners and a small balcony. Everything was super well maintained, the toilet and the entire apartment sparkling clean. The view of the sea was fantastic! The location is quiet, with a beautiful garden and even fresh fruits – at the same time, everything you need (supermarket, beach, old town) is quickly accessible. Sara explained everything to us and was very helpful throughout the stay. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!

Great stay at Marina's place. The place is as described, clean, well located (20min on foot to the city centre). Marina was very helpful with check in as my flight was delayed and she still made herself available despite the fact I reached her place close to midnight. A note in case that's useful, the place doesn't have a lift so you need to be able to walk up the stairs as well as carry your luggage up. Highly recommended if you find yourself going to Pula.
