Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Premantura

Zoran is a very kind host, and has a lovely place to stay. Zoran was super helpful with any requests we had, and recommended some very good local restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the park and beach, giving opportunity to both morning and evening swims. The park itself is huge, and well worth exploring with Zoran’s bikes.

The apartment is very close to the national park and was very clean. Vlasta was very friendly and accommodating. All in all a very nice stay and highly recommended.

We felt completely comfortable with Melisa and her husband. The apartment is - as seen on the pictures - well equipped and very lovingly furnished. The large living room and terrace invite you to linger. It is very clean and also in the kitchen everything you need for cooking is available. The area is very quiet and surrounded by nature. The two are great hosts who read every wish from the eyes and make you feel welcome. They have a tip for every occasion and have prepared and provided us with their garden for a barbecue evening. Thank you for the great time 😊

We had an apartment with a garden, wonderful for relaxing and having breakfast on the terrace, a small bakery is in the immediate vicinity. Everything else is a short walk away, for further exploration of various beaches, bicycles are recommended. Premantura and Ana's accommodations are definitely worth a second visit…

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

Luana welcomed us in a friendly and warm way on site. The apartment is very nice. Thanks to the air conditioning, it is very pleasant even in very hot temperatures. The parking lot with barrier and EV charging stations is also convenient. The stone beach nearby is within walking distance. There are a few small shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. We had a good rest and had a lovely holiday.

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

Very easy and fast communication with the host. Villa is new, very clean and spacious, looks even better and bigger live compared to the photos. Beds are reaally comfortable. Everything in the house such as toiletries, towels, bedlinen, looks like from some nice hotel, with a hugh standard. Pool is also quite big, not heated, but in beginning of May we had couple of warm and sunny days so it served as a great refreshment! Already recommended the accomodation to my friends, and would definitely come back!

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

It was even better than we expected! The olive grove is simply unbeatable. Starting the morning with a cup of coffee on the veranda is the best thing about vacation. The host left us literally EVERYTHING we needed: from mosquito spray to washing powder. There was not a minute that we experienced discomfort or lack of something. Our dog was happy to guard such a large area. The air conditioning was also a lifesaver for us at night. On departure, we were given olive oil and it was just a wonderful end to the trip. Thank you so much for your place and for the opportunity to come with a pet!

We had a great time in Lovro‘s apartment. The area has a lot to offer and you have a nice retreat to hide from crowded beaches and restaurants. Lovro gives great advices and offers amazing tours around the national park. We would love to come back and highly recommend families to visit!

Dana and Boris welcomed us like family. We felt like we were meeting them again after a long separation when we met them for the first time. They were full of good intentions and even offered to accompany us to the hospital when our daughter was injured. The house was spotless and perfectly equipped. It is in a good location, close to several beaches, and good restaurants. We'll be sure to come back on a future trip to Croatia.

The house is simply fantastic! It offers generous space, is stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Each room is tastefully decorated and exudes a wonderful feel-good atmosphere. You can tell that the hosts attach great importance to comfort – we really lacked nothing. From the fully equipped kitchen to cozy seating and comfortable beds, everything was perfect. We would particularly like to highlight the hosts, who are not only warm and friendly, but also very attentive and accommodating. They were available to us at any time with questions and made our stay as pleasant as possible. This house is more than just a place to stay – it's a real experience! We would definitely recommend it as an insider tip and are already looking forward to our next stay.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

We were very happy with the place. The rooms, the pool, etc. were as shown in the photo and description. Someone was always there or reachable if we had any questions.

Wonderful apartment in the city centre. Close to everything, and with a lovely balcony with city- and ocean view. Veljko was very nice and flexible and easy to communicate with, and gave good instructions before we arrived. Highly recommended.

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
