House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 7 Runke (2 person2) is one of seven apartments in our house. It has one bedroome and is situated on a second floor with a beautiful sea view.

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

Premantura is known for its Kamenjak Nature Park with over 30 different, magnificent bays and incomparable flora and fauna. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building on the edge of the forest. Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
