Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Our comfortable and bright apartment is stylishly decorated and blessed with outdoor spaces. You can relax in the garden whilst having your breakfast or enjoying a family barbecue. Sitting on the Monte Paradiso south-facing hillside, it gives you the most beautiful beaches and bays from only a 10-minutes walking distance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new bathroom. Have fun with the many satellite TV programs in two rooms or connect to your private Netflix account!

Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 1 Selo (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on ground floor of our villa.

A great place for people who wish to get a relaxing holiday and a feeling of home away from home. The apartment is situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood surrounded by greenery. Our apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 persons. It is situated on the first floor in a family house with a separate entrance. Restaurants, shops, bars, tourist agencies are within walking distance.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Beach House Villa - Apt. 2 (beach: 100m)

Distance to the first beach: 100 meters (circa 1 min by walk). Beach House Villa is located in quiet part of Premantura village where pine trees park begins. The house is surrounded with just 3 other houses. This apartment nr. 2 is ground floor with large 60 square meters private terrace only for this apartment guests use. The terrace is fully equipped.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally-located accommodation. Newly renovated, comfortable apartment for up to 4 people, with air conditioning in both bedrooms.
