Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen. All taxes are included in the price.

Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater. You can almost touch the Arena from all the windows!Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with dining area, entry living room and a little balcony. Capacity: 4+2 people. Free WiFi, Smart TV and AC in bedrooms. This apartment belongs to my family for four generations and I've grew up in it. Now you are welcome to enjoy it!

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
