It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.

De woning is op loopafstand van het centrum van een gezellig dorp met vele restaurantjes en terrassen en dichtbij vele strandjes en een natuurgebied. De grote tuin rondom met voldoende schaduw geeft een gevoel van rust, en privacy. Door de ligging aan het eind van een doodlopende weg is het zeer geschikt voor kinderen vanwege het geheel ontbreken van verkeer rondom het huis.

The cozy 23 sqm large studio has a large double bed, bathroom and small but fully equipped kitchen. All this is located in one room except the bathroom. The studio located approximately 400 meters from the old town is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. Unwind at this secluded vacation house on the outskirts of a small village. Enjoy the forest and meadow view from the pool and extensive garden. The house is located in the heart of Istria, with only 30min drive to the beautiful beaches on either side of the peninsula. Although shops, restaurants and the motorway are 5-10 min away, the area is peaceful and secluded.
