Andres’ place was great place to stay at. Everything is just a 5-8 minute walk depending where you are going. Andres was able to any question I had. Definitely recommend staying at this place.

We had some issues during our stay but Ivan immediately resolved them. Ivan responds quickly and is there to help. The location is great, you can easily walk to many places. Downside is the restaurant in building. At night once you close the bedroom door you don’t hear it as much but do bring a noise machine or earplugs if you are sensitive. Loved that there was a desk and office chair to work at.

Where do I start? I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Playa. Easily my favourite Airbnb I have stayed in and I will return! The hosts are beyond 10/10 amazing people. I felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout my stay as a solo woman and everything I needed was provided. The rooftop is also a bonus and perfect for a lazy afternoon or some yoga in the morning. The wifi is very fast and consistent - each apartment has a dedicated router for extra privacy and security which is part of my remote work requirements. I had no issues and I was on video calls most of the day. The whole house is literally SPOTLESS. It is clear they care very much about their home and want to ensure that all their guests are happy and enjoy their stay! The location is by far the best in playa imo. Close to the BEST beach and lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops in the quieter (and much more pleasant) area of 5th ave The super chedraui is also very close for groceries. Thank you again !

The stay with Judith was amazing, the apartment was super nice and clean, just what we needed for a weekend, the service with Judith was also great, always attentive to what we needed at the time. Of course I'd stay in his apartment again.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

The accommodation was perfect for the holidays, Connie's service was excellent and she was attentive to us the whole time. The location is central, and the area is very quiet and the house is very nice and has everything you may need.

Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

This place was great! It was in the perfect location to walk to the main strip, Walmart, restaurants. The kitchen was great to have. Julio was a communicative host and was very hospitable.

Alejandro was very kind and responsive. The apartment is small but had everything I needed. All areas of the apartment were clean and all appliances were in good working order. The area is secured and a short distance from the main tourist area. The apartment complex is quiet and has a working lift. Overall I enjoyed staying at Maria’s apartment. I loved the apartment, very comfortable, spacious, clean and close to the pool. The cleanliness and furniture were in good condition. We never had any problems and Susana was always available. He treated us super well. I recommend the place.

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making this our home away from home!

Very well located accommodation for access to everything, restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. The landlord should store their belongings better to leave room for the tenants. Excellent place right next to the pool. Highly responsive host and quick problem solving. They advertise the availability of a BBQ but it's almost impossible to access. We stayed at Tza Lam's for 31 nights and only used it once. You have to go and buy charcoal and clean everything after use and no tools are provided to us to carry out the cleaning. We had a nice stay. Thank you.
