Condo vacation rentals in Playa del Carmen

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

Great location in a quiet building. Great WiFi that made video meetings a breeze. Lots of comfortable places to relax inside and out. Thoughtful amenities included in the bathroom like aloe vera, sunscreen, and bug spray.

The apartment smelled very nice during our stay, the place is very conveniently located and it is very easy to get to, a very comfortable place to stay for a few days. Highly recommended

I love this place so much! I am definitely going to select this place next time I am back in playa. The place was very clean and at a great location. Near all the action of the playa strip but still peaceful and quiet! Literally like 2 minutes away from the beach which was AMAZING!! Olga was a great host, very active with any questions/messages I had. 11/10 recommend.

Great location, close to everything. Apartment was exceptionally clean, quiet and well designed. Staff was extremely helpful with holding luggage on the check in and checkout, always providing clean beach towels and great local recommendations. We've not had time to try restaurant on premises, but it looked very appealing. Please be aware that there is no swimming beach right next to this property, but plenty within 5 min walk.

The apartment is very functional for 2 people, the bed super comfortable and large. The balcony that overlooks the street very good at the time of eating something there. It was quite quiet for us, the only counter is that the room is not dark, but it was not an inconvenience. In a very nice area since it is half a block from the best area of the 5th. the best of the best was its terrace with those beautiful pools and place to be, the terrace bar, the jacuzzi is really worth it since we were coming back very late and the hot water was very relaxing. I definitely recommend it 100%

I was amazed by how good the location was. Literally, a 2-min walk to the beach and surrounded by so many restaurants! It’s also super close to 5ta Ave, where there are a lot more restaurants and boutique shops. Host and team, including the referred taxi driver (Alejandro), were super great, timely, and responsive. The condo itself is clean and cozy— definitely a spot I’d recommend and/or come back to!

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

This place was awesome!! I spent tons of time on the rooftop for sunrise and sunset.. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything!!!! Lily and our host did an awesome job communicating!! I would definitely stay there again!!!

Karen was great in communicating instructions, things to do, restaurants. Beds and furniture were comfy. Great location and really close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

As soon as we entered the accommodation, we were charmed by the place! The apartment smelled so good. Everything was very clean. The bedding and towels were of very good quality. The sofa bed was super comfy. It had everything we needed to prepare meals. Great coffee machine with cups provided. The host was very proactive and very attentive. The pools were very clean. The gym was perfect. We felt safe with employees everywhere. Small drinks at the pool for adults, very good and cheap! I can't wait to go back!

The apartment is very well located, clean, huge, to our liking, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The service of the Resort staff is a 10. Comfortable parking, safe place, they provide towels for the beach and pool, until 6:00 pm. We had a really good time.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely perfect for our group of four adults. The layout—with two rooms connected by an interconnecting door—was ideal. We visited in June, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Ryan was incredibly responsive and attentive. When we requested a kettle, he had one delivered within a day—such thoughtful service! The apartment was spotless upon arrival and is located in a fantastic area: just a short walk to the beach and only minutes from 5th Avenue, exactly as described in Ryan’s listing. We also enjoyed access to a rooftop swimming pool and gym, both offering stunning views of the sea. The lift was a welcome convenience, especially with our luggage. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony with beautiful views—it became our go-to spot every morning and evening. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

Property was located in the perfect spot to get around in playa del Carmen. It had quinta avenida , and the ocean near by and the popular amusement parks just about 15min away,so it was a pretty convenient location for my trip.

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. if all the hosts were like Adriana and Ubaldo as well as their son Emillio, all the worlds would have a great experience, we enjoyed them, they were always there for us .

This apartment is perfect for 2 people. The place is quiet and everything was working perfectly including AC and hot water. The pool area is very nice. It took me 5 days to realize that the key for downstairs door was located on the safe key fob. But it wasn’t an issue since there was always someone downstairs to open the door. Convenient location with a supermarket downstairs.

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

This accommodation is great if you are visiting Playa del Carmen, it combines: building security, location close to the center and the ADO bus station, and quiet. The apartment is spacious and pleasant with the rooftop pool, a big highlight. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Wow, what a great stay we had in Playa del Carmen! The condo was as described: very nice, clean, no noise, outdoor balcony, the rooftop pool was a real must! We had our meals there and the kids bathed there every day. Irlanda is super awesome! Very welcoming and quick answers to our questions. We'll go back for sure!
