Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Playa del Carmen was nothing short of magical! Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

The accommodation was like home, everything was very clean and the security was very good, everything was as described in the publication and the hosts were very attentive, I would return a thousand times to this beautiful place

Everything was perfect, from the accommodation to the communication with Nimsi. I would definitely stay there again. The house is very good, the amenities are very good, everything is in perfect condition. Thank you so much for hosting me and my family 💞

The apartment looked exactly like on pictures and it was perfect for a couple. Everything was very clean and the furnishings and layout of the place was super comfortable. Each room had air conditioning unit. The condominium was very nicely desinged, clean and secure, with a sundeck and a small swimming pool on the roof. Just steps away from the beach, restaurants and all kinds of stores, but still quiet enough for a good night rest. Just a few things missing that would be nice to have were: coffee filters for the coffee maker, ironing board to accompany the iron, and drying rack for the washing machine (it had a drying option but was not very efficient to use). Overall though, we had an amazing time and felt super comfortable and would definitely book that place again if going back to Playa del Carmen.

This is not smack dead in the middle of all the action, it's far from it. Very family friendly. It's quiet and peaceful but close enough to Quinta ave that you can walk there for food or entertainment. This was perfect for my son and I and there is also a 7-11 a couple doors down which is super convenient. The front desk was really helpful and had many recommendations specially Carlos. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay- the location is perfect, lots of cute restaurants across the street and next door, and it is just around the corner from the main avenue, and a 5 min walk to Playa 38. There are 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the condo. The balcony is good for people watching and the rooftop pool was super nice and never too crowded. We liked the layout of the condo, as you can close the sliding doors to the bedroom. As advertised, and we would stay there again!

Probably the best Airbnb I've stayed in. Easy check in, right by 5th Avenue and beach clubs. The apartment was clean, plenty of towels and refreshments. The windows are all tinted so noone can see in, small balcony that's great. Very spacious bed and bathroom with an additional toilet. Quiet area. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved this condo and the location! The gym and rooftop pool are an amazing feature. It’s steps away from the quiet end of 5th ave and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store is nearby. Starbucks is a 2 minute walk for morning coffee. The condo is beautiful and I liked the extras (such as shampoo and conditioner provided). I loved it so much…. I stayed an extra day which Ronn facilitated promptly. He was kind and offered assistance but his instructions were so clear that we didn’t even need to ask him anything. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo! I will absolutely book with you again!!

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

Michael’s place was just like the pictures, the apartment is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen which it was very helpful and we’re very grateful with Michael for that. The bathroom is very nice and the a/c works perfectly, so it was a lot of help. I highly recommend to stay there. great host, great location 🙌 you have a track to work out next to you, bikes at the place, bike station 2 blocks away. you gonna enjoy your staying at Michael’s place and we definitely want to come back :)

Five star stay! From the welcome guide provided at booking to the communication throughout our trip this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date. The Airbnb was exactly as described and the perfect location to enjoy Playa to the fullest. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting again!
