Amazing place! Right near the center of town which I love. I highly recommend this place has its own private parking so you don’t have to struggle of finding parking. The apartment was beautiful and clean with a little balcony

Everything we expected! Vinny is amazing and always around to help if needed. People that rent at the condos in the same complex are also very friendly. Pool was very nice on those hot days. Our balcony had very little shade and four story’s to climb (no elevator) so not for everyone. Wonderful view! Our stay couldn’t have been better!

The bungalow was exactly what we were looking for. The security guards were absolutely lovely to deal with and spoke really good English. They explained everything really well so we understand we could use the Yal-ku entrance before the we checked in. Our accomodation didn't have direct water access, but we found a local way down to the rocks for some sunset beers only a few minutes walk from the villa. We went to Yal-ku twice during our stay and snorkeld for about 5 hours all up. Staying at Emma's place is a great way to access the area.

We loved it! One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Very easy to find, just like the photos and very complete, many details that make the experience totally better. They were always attentive to us and even gave us recommendations for tours and places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back. The rooms are clean and well maintained, everything is wonderful.

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

The best bnb I’ve stayed in so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a fruit basket (as a fruitarian this was the best feeling). The house was stocked with towels, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body was, soap, beach chairs, life jackets, board games, etc. The pool was bigger & deeper than the pictures show. 10/10 recommend

Great apartment in an unbelievable location in Valladolid. extremely close to restaurants/bars/attractions and the main square but far enough away that it's quiet at night. very comfortable bed and the entire apartment was spotless when we arrived, would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! Visiting Mexico was already amazing, but staying in Tulum made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

... spending a few days at Gabriel's house has been a very special experience. I arrived very late after missing my flight. No problem - I'll wait until midnight. I was very hungry. No problem - he took me to his favorite taqueria. I didn't have the money to pay. No problem - he lent me money. What to do in Mexico? No problem - he recommended many things outside of what the tourist guides say. So - very special! Then the house: very spacious, very clean and very nice with its patio Thank you very much

This was my first time staying in isla mujeres, when I say it will definitely not be the last I mean it. Rodrigo’s place was the perfect place to be at during my stay. The bed was so comfy I barely lasted five minutes awake lol. As soon as we arrived I felt like home, he even made sure to call us taxis when needed. Rodrigo provided us a very organized pdf of recommendations for just about anything, making it super easy for us to find things to do. We used his golf cart recommendation and def was worth the money. Rodrigo exceeded my expectations and truly made my trip 1000% stress free. I’m very thankful to have met him. Will always recommend this place. Everything was 10/10.

Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

Nelly and her home were wonderful! The home is in a great location and looks just like the photos. It's very close to the busy life of PDC, but just tucked away enough that you're able to retreat to the peacefulness of Nelly's home and recharge for the next adventure. The personal pool was a very nice feature to enjoy as well. Even prior to our arrival, Nelly was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. The photos she sent were amazingly helpful upon arrival, and the check-in process was easy. Nelly is very responsive and provided a well-stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Nelly's home again.

The room and location was great. Communication was fluid and helpful. Matías’s place was perfect for easy access to beach and all the great shops and restaurants on the Island. The pool option provided that extra cool down when returning from an afternoon adventure. What's wild is that's it near the action but the area is pretty quiet. So you get best of many worlds. The staff was very helpful and hard working. All my questions were answered very quickly. If you have never been to the island this is a great place to start. This was our second time to the island and we loved this place. I would recommend staying here to anyone. (( for food people --Luuma is very close ( wow place) and breakfast close by is Painapol. <--- Fruit bowls and everything on menu....mmmm. mmm.The music at night walking around and every restaurant we went to was magnificent and so so tasty. Again, Great place. Great people. divine beaches. Magic abound. Hope you get the chance experience it all

Excellent stay, nice place and good location in the hotel zone, the ocean view is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and quiet, the amenities are more than enough for a pleasant stay... The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos... Miriam was always attentive to any of our questions… an excellent host.

Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)

Lovely place in beautiful setting with ocean view and constant sound of the surf. We've stayed before and will come back. While there's no beach access, we don't mind - just go to the beach or lagoon nearby.
