Great host, great house, great location! I would definitely recommend this place to rent out.

The place is very comfortable for large groups, Ciudad Mayakoba is a really beautiful and modern place, my family and I were very comfortable, thank you very much Felipe and Alejandro!

Erika was a great host , very responsive and always helpful, the house is great and private , the pool is gorgeous peaceful and quiet ,location is great very close to the Quinta and the port . I totally recommend that place .

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

Very nice house, very easy to get to, it has a red cross very close, and Oxxo, Soriana if you are looking to go to know and just get to sleep is a very good option

I will recommend friends and family Javier’s place, it was really nice and great location, comfortable and amenities were great, back patio sitting/dinning are with the pool was A+, 5 minutes from 5th avenue and ferry dock to go to Cozumel, lots of beautiful beaches near by and the neighborhood was nice and secure, convenient store and restaurants walking distance , we definitely will comeback in the future to playa del Carmen and definetely will stay at Javier’s place!

We had a brilliant stay at Villa Holiday in Playa del Carmen. There were 10 of us, and everyone had a fantastic time. The pool temperature was spot on, and the length was ideal for a swim here and there. The beds were comfy and great for a good night’s rest. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing, especially in the evenings. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook when we wanted to. The location was also incredible – very close to downtown and just a short taxi ride to all the vibrant restaurants and bars in the area. Thank you, Myrna, for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Such an incredible property! The photos do not do the house justice - the stone, the wood, the lighting was incredible. It was incredibly clean and so peaceful. The backyard was gorgeous. Felt very safe and not too far from town by taxi. Fernando was super communicative and so helpful once we arrived, helped arrange a private chef dinner and always responded back promptly with any questions I had. Really appreciated how friendly and accommodating he was to our group. HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb!!

Juan, his team, and his place are maravillosos (wonderful)! My friends and I rented Villa Yambú for a bachelor party weekend. The house is beautiful and situated in a perfect location within Playacar Fase (Phase) 1. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily check-ins from the maintenance tech, Francisco, as well as by the daily cleaning service. We were wowed by the attention to detail: the housekeeping team realized we were missing certain bartending equipment to maximize our stay and, unprompted, provided it to us. So hospitable! I also highly recommend Chef Kim, whom Juan refers and lists in his house amenities guide. Chef made an amazing seafood paella for us and was a welcome addition to a fabulous final evening in PdC. The only hiccup we experienced was in finding the villa after entering the neighborhood. I recommend asking security for specific instructions, as the street addresses can be confusing. Thanks Juan! If you’re considering Villa Yambú, don’t miss out!

Nice place, very close to everything, I highly recommend it.

Stayed there for a month and a half. Lovely calm place with a stunning garden. Everyday landlord was out tending to his plants and always greeting me with a smile. Planning on coming back for a longer stay. Great pizza restaurant 1 min walk. Centro maya is just over the road.

From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The attention to detail, the quality, and the overall professionalism exceeded my expectations. Carlos was extremely helpful and responsive! It’s clear that a lot of care and thought went into every part of this beautiful home. I felt valued, taken care of, and genuinely impressed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place in Playa Del Carmen — you won’t regret it!

Malena and Gaby were super hosts! Neighbor was safe and secure with manned guard shack. New homes Being built all around, but still mostly quiet. Great place if you just need a home base as you explore Mexico and the surrounding areas. Bedrooms were very comfortable, beds firm, water was hot, and kitchen very clean. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Our stay was really great, and we had a housekeeper & gardener who came in daily to deal with the upkeep of the property. The house was even nicer that the pictures and the beds were super comfortable. The house was truly a home away from home. Fernando was an amazing host always responsive & very helpful. My family truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Playa del Carmen.

This was a wonderful stay, I loved everything Ms.Maria provided and enjoyed the garden. The cabin was beautiful and clean, with everything necessary for a great stay. If you are planning to stay in Cozumel you should definitely consider staying at Ms. Maria place, she is great person!
