Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Playa del Carmen

I came for a month and extended my stay for another month. Will is an amazing human being. Very responsive. The place itself is beautiful, clean, has air-conditioning, great Internet, hot water, and other amenities. If you want to be by the beach then this isn’t the place. But for 9 pesos you can catch a collectivo that passes by every 10mins and will get you to the beach in 10-15 mins. Will is so generous and kind. He even lend me his bicycle if I wanted to do errands riding along the neighborhood. There is a small grocery store across the street, a pharmacy, and a 10-12min walk to a huge supermarket where you can purchase all your groceries if needed. When I visit Playa Del Carmen again, Will’s House is going to be my only choice! Highly recommended!

We had a comfortable stay at Ethel's place. Although it was a bit challenging to locate initially, once we found it, navigating to and from the property became effortless. The location offers convenient access to fantastic stores and restaurants, making our overall experience enjoyable.

We a group of 5 had a great stay at Regina’s place it was clean and fully equipped! We are there as digital nomads doing some research of the area for a posible business, the wifi was good, we loved been closed to the shops and restaurants that the locals enjoy we felt very welcomed!! We will be back! Thank you Fanny and Regina for making this a amazing stay

Easy to get to, good location, very elegant

Had an amazing stay at Oscar’s place. The description of the place and the building were accurate and photos were all correct. Great location close to the Walmart and a few minute walk to 5th ave. Rooftop actually had 2 pools which was great, not too busy. Would highly recommend for a trip to playa or long term stay.

Luis is a fantastic host! He’s extremely helpful, thoughtful and responsive. We were well taken care of in his home, and greatly enjoyed our stay in the Corasol community. The pool was a wonderful amenity, as was the golf course only minutes away. Parking was easy to access, pillows were comfortable and the balcony was a treat. Than you, Luis, for everything you did to make our week very enjoyable!

We had a fantastic time here! The apartment was very nice and spotlessly clean. The rooftop pool with incredible views of Playa was an absolute highlight. Perfect for those looking for an alternative to large hotel complexes. Recommendation for other guests.

Felt very safe and secure. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. They do a great job of keeping everything clean. Overall, the Security Staff at the gate as well the Staff that were walking around made us feel even more comfortable going for a walk and using the amenities. Would definitely book again and recommend it!

amazing spot! the apartment was spacious and clean. Nathalie was a lovely host. made us feel right at home. the rooftop pool is probably one of my favorite in playa del carmen. a 2 minute walk to the beach and so many great restaurants within walking distance. would highly recommend staying here.

Great Hotel. Brand new, clean, exactly like on the picture. Reception opened 24h a day. In front of a Seven-Eleven. 20 minute walk from the public Xcalacoco Beach (which is beautiful). 30 minute bike ride to downtown and 15 minute bike ride to Chedraui, Wal-Mart and Soriana. Easy to catch a colectivo on the 307 (10 minute walk) or use Radiotaxi to call a cab. Gated parking ideal to leave bikes. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

The place is very comfortable and with enough needs, it is very close to the beach and Silvia's service and instructions were excellent, I would definitely stay again!

Very quiet, and a very good place

My stay at Abraham‘s place was great! The location couldn’t be any better, so close to the beach, all the exciting things to do on fifth Avenue, three grocery stores, one that’s very close and extremely nice. Abraham was so nice working with me when I first arrived. I had problem with my cell phone data and calling, to let him know I was on my way down to Playa, from Cancun and he couldn’t have been more patient, and helpful! The apartment is very cozy has a lovely terrace, overlooking fifth Avenue. It was perfect for all my needs… Would be great for a couple, or close friends, again I couldn’t of asked for a better place for my needs. And the rates are so reasonable/affordable! Hoping to return next year! Had a great time, thank you Abraham and your family, you all made me feel right at home!
