This house is perfect. It’s huge. Close to the beach and amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

We had a great time at this property, accessible at all times Paulina. The facilities match the images. In my opinion, the beach would be better if you have a car, since it's a bit far away and access is through the beach club.

Great place, super cozy clean. Definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to playa. Super convenient as there is things open late all around at really close walking distance…anything you need is less then a 5 minute walk! Daily housekeeping was nice and pool was right in front. Amazing time thanks to Jaret for everything. Would definitely reuse for future trips

Our stay was great! The place was clean, and exactly as described. We loved the top balcony with the view of the ocean. Joe was very kind and let us leave one of our bags for a couple of days at no charge. We really appreciated this, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed 10 days, we had all the meals. Cleaning was done at no charge during our stay. We felt super safe in the studio. It should be noted that the host María Eugenia was always very friendly and helpful with each of our needs. I would definitely go back, highly recommended!

Fantastic place! The beds were comfy and everything was beautifully updated. We made a wishlist of things we want on our home! It was great to have 3 bathrooms available and it was crazy helpful to have filtered water so readily available. Wonderful location, close to the hustle and bustle of Playa del Carmen but on a super quiet street. The beach is really close. We went during the wrong season for beach time but the place was fully stocked with all you would need to go to the beach with kids. We can't say enough good things about the property managers- they were incredibly helpful and so kind. If we plan another trip to the area, we would definitely stay again!

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

Antonio & Karina are wonderful people. They met us at the apartment and gave us a run through of everything. They then provided a great list of recommendations and were around whenever we had questions or needed anything. The apartment is perfect, the location is 10/10 with views of the sea and seconds to the popular 5th Street. I loved walking to the beach and then being able to come back easily for a snack. We had a great experience, that was only made better by Antonio and Karina! I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it, and I can't wait to come back!

Really nice studio with little touches that made my stay very easy. The apartment was really clean, very bright, and the balcony was a perfect little spot for breakfast. Communication was easy and they provided water which saved me heavy trips from the supermarket. I found the street fairly calm and quiet, and it's about a 20 minute walk to the beach. I'd stay again!

Matteo is an excellent host, always attentive to needs and/or questions, the loft is as described, with everything you need for an excellent stay, very good location close to convenience store, supermarket and restaurants, the accommodation is highly recommended, we will surely return.

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this is a place for you! The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to the Playa Car beach which is usually less crowded than other beaches in Playa. The host provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making beach trips even more pleasent. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, she even came to meet us, which we appreciated very much. The house has a great collection of books, from Mayan culture and wildlife to mystery novels to read when relaxing by the pool. Overall, this was a perfect vacation. Jim and Claudia, thank you so much for this great experience!

Very comfortable, with a good location, super attentive, friendly, the place is nice, clean, easily accessible, close to 5th Avenue, close to restaurants, close to the main avenues to go out and explore.

Great place. But loud construction going on next door. Other than that the pool and jacuzzi and the place were all great.

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this place! This is a penthouse condo that sits on the corner, so we had a perfect view of the beach. We also really enjoyed the rooftop deck and private plunge pool! It was a great place to watch the sunset. The location was also ideal--just a short, 5-minute walk to the northern (more chill part) of 5th Avenue. There were lots of restaurants to choose from, without the crazy crowds that you'll find on the busier part of 5th Avenue. The infinity pool was amazing and private beach club allowed us to enjoy a quiet part of a beautiful beach, with easy access to margaritas :) Miguel, the property manager, was super helpful and friendly, and greeted us upon arrival. We also ran into him several times throughout our stay, so it was nice seeing a friendly face. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, booked our airport transfer, and was super responsive to all of our questions. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!
