Me and family We're only gonna spend 1 day in Nashville.Tennessee. We're headed to Florida for vacation but decided to stay at extra day. Because the house was so comfortable, beautiful and clean we felt right at home. I hated to leave. If you're looking for a home away from home this is the spot.

Very unique and cozy. Jacque has stocked it for life and we found it the best equipped place we have ever stayed at. Everything we needed was there and the decor was eclectic, inspired and unique. Even the books and periodicals seemed to have a relevance. Most important the mattresses were very high quality and this we had a restful night of sleep every night. Jacque is also eco friendly and has instructions on using fans to support the AC and keep electricity consumption low. She also provides recycling which made us feel better about staying there. Finally the Shelby bottoms park and river walks nearby were the cherry on the icing on the cake that is this place. Jacque has tons of recommendations and presents it well organized in her place. Thanks for a fabulous stay. We will definitely be looking forward to our next trip here.

Great little place for the time we spent in Nashville. Easy drive into the city.

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

The Bandy House was perfect for my family and I. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The host Lisa was very accommodating and responsive. We had a wonderful time and plan to stay with them again.

Linda and John’s place was the perfect spot after a busy day in downtown Nashville. The location is about 15 minutes from downtown. Everything in the place was super clean and homey. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was awesome. Had some great recommendations about things in the area! Overall, it was a perfect stay for Nashville trip💯

Very nice place, great host. Neely's Bend feels almost rural, which is cool and unexpected given how close it is to the center of Nashville. Only thing to be aware of is that this location does mean it can take a little bit of time to get places, depending on which direction you are headed. Thank you for a great stay!

Ruth is a wonderful hostess! Traveled to Nashville with childhood friends for our annual get together and decided on staying at her place. A decision well made for sure. Ruth was very responsive to questions and made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The place was exactly as described and the extra amenities (cookies, eggs, english muffins, etc) were an unexpected bonus! If I ever have the need for a place to stay in Nasville again, I hope this place is available because it will certainly be my first choice! Thank you Ruth!

Pavel and his place were super great! He was super attentive and helpful and recommended places to eat and go out. The home was clean and quiet. Everything was so amazing ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :)

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Donna’s place was just as pictured and was peaceful and serene. There were many special touches and supplies for our dogs. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

I would highly recommend Rachel’s place. It is situated in a lovely location, not far from downtown Nashville and had great amenities close by. The place had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would stay again!

Julia’s place in East Nashville was perfect for getting out of the downtown area to see what else the city has to offer. She was kind and prompt with her communication and everything was clean and organized— not to mention the gorgeous art all over the walls! The vibe was exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration and we were grateful she allowed our pups to crash with us! I would hesitate to book with her again, and neither should you!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Arrived late but found the home easily, right off the highway, but also very quiet and peaceful. The suite is nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was amazing, with a wonderful waterfall shower with room for two. A very nice romantic getaway for the wife and I on our anniversary. Will absolutely look at staying there again when traveling through Nashville.

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

thank you, David, for your hospitality during our stay, my bachelorette was amazing! our group especially felt secure with the dual entrances and the ring camera ! The property is beautiful and we had great next door neighbors during our stay!

Check in was easy! Plenty of free parking for people! You are on a Main Street so you will hear road noise but that didn’t bother us! The building was safe and quiet. Communication was great with Will! The kitchen was nice to have and had plenty of things to use. We toured all over Nashville. The TN state museum was a good museum to visit next to the Nashville Farmers Market. It is free to get in and free parking. Plenty of food options. Some of our favorites were Velvet Taco, Butter Milk Ranch for breakfast by Belmont University, Pharmacy Burger. You are about 4 miles to Gaylord Opryland convention center. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville and the owner was very helpful with giving local recommendations for things to do on the area. He was quick to respond to my messages and was a great host!

Perfect little spot for a little bit of everything, not right in the middle of everything and still able to get to where you’re wanting to go. We were super pleased with everything!

Josiah was great and his condo is well furnished and modern. It was also very clean. The instructions and details he provides on the condo is very helpful. He addressed every message quickly and was very accommodating. We had my sister’s birthday with 8 women and was very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the extra beds, towels and linens were great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a wonderful place outside of Downtown Nashville!
