Apartment vacation rentals in Madison, Nashville

Comfortable for our short stay, not too far from any part of Nashville. Appreciated the pet-friendliness though we ended up not needing to take advantage of it. Nice, quiet neighborhood far enough away from the bustle of downtown.

The yard was wonderful for pets. I loved the friendly greeter that met us at the gate. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place was just as described. Thank you!

The Nashville Nook suited our needs quite well as we were in the area for a wedding. Eric and Kali's family upstairs was quiet and respectful, and we got to meet Eric and the dog on Sunday afternoon when we came back from church. There was a nice little grassy yard for our little one to play in. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, felt very safe. Other reviews mentioned the awkward bathroom and some said the mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom is a little cramped, but the mattress I think is just firm. A little too firm for my personal preference but my husband slept GREAT! We didn't find any dishes or silverware, and fridge space is extremely limited, but we were able to use the grill. If you're not planning to eat out the whole time you're there these are good things to be aware of that I initially missed 🙂 Overall we were very happy with our stay and the space was just what we needed for a quick weekend in Nashville, TN! ~ Thanks, Eric & Kali

Chelsea's apartment was a great find. Everything was just as described. It was about 12 miles south of Lebanon in a nice quiet rural setting. The apartment was very clean and modern. Exceeded our expectations. You could tell there was quite a bit of though and consideration put into the apartment. All applicances were new and modern. It was bright, uncluttered and very roomy. The bedroom was roomy, the bed comfortable and adjustable. We also enjoyed the surrounding farm sounds and Mr. Turkey stopping by and hanging out with us while we loaded up during our departure. The next time we are in the area, it's a no brainer. Hats off to Chelsea and Chris.

This unit was super clean and well stocked. Something that future guests should know is that the building is what seems to be converted office space. Office type exterior door and windows.

Perfect host and spot to stay. Comfortable bed. Spotless. Easy access to highway to go anywhere. Quiet at night. Great coffee and breakfast in building. Perfect stay.

Very enjoyable stay!!! We would stay here again. The apartment is really close to all of the places and restaurants in East Nashville that we wanted to try, less than a 10 minute walk. This wasn’t a big problem at all but the only thing to be aware of is that the bedroom doesn’t have 100% privacy if you plan to have someone stay in the living room, like we did, because of the gaps between the doorframe and sliding doors. Still this wasn’t a big problem: just give your friends a heads up when you’re changing :) Great stay!

Kelly’s place is gorgeous. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. I slept like a baby. Place is pristine. E-bikes across the street were super convenient and uber/lyft is also very cheap to local sites. Kelly was also super kind and flexible with check-in which was greatly appreciated.

It was just like the pictures were. Stephanie was very professional and friendly and was a great hostess. lots of memories were made for me and my grandkids. That meant alot to me as this was the first trip away since their poppop passed in January.

Hidden gem!! Perfect location, kind and friendly host and owner. They helped with an important delivery that was necessary during our stay. (Thank you!!!) Beautiful decor inside and out. Pictures don't do it justice. Just as described. Very comfortable bed! Loved having a full sized fridge, washer and dryer. The amenities and small details were very helpful. (We cooked many meals.) Squeaky clean!! Peaceful and safe location. Within 10 to 15 minutes drive time of all tourist spots (Broadway, Grand Ole Opry General Jackson showboat, Andrew Jackson's Hermitage, Parthenon, Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, city auditorium, Opry Mills Mall, local groceries, gas and pharmacy). A tip... If driving down to Broadway or the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, park in the underground garage across from the symphony and next to the Hilton on South 4th Street. It's only 1.5 blocks away from Broadway, well lit, and safe. This is our top pick for an Airbnb on a return visit!!

Andrew’s place felt like home away from home. Clean, Nashville decor (super cute) and they have everything you might need for your stay. Plus plenty of parking. The location was perfect for a visit to Nashville.

Everything was pretty great. It wasn’t extremely close to much, but it seemed to be in a sweet spot, where, with a 15 minute walk you could reach some great parts of town. We walked everywhere, but we like to see the city and all the neighbourhoods wherever we go. Some people may need to ride or drive. Comfortable beds. Quiet enough. Responsive host. Everything seemed well thought out. Pool was too cold at the time, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice. My only issue was with the thermostat and temperature in the living/ rental space. We found it cold and unnecessary for the AC to be on most of the time. The temperature outside was cool for this time of year. Emile is aware of the issue and said he would look into it but I think it’s necessary to mention that we did lose some sleep because of it. Still 5 stars.

Stephanie was very attentive with all our needs. She responded quickly and check in to see how we were doing. We were 2 couples and the layout of the apartment was perfect.

Had a wonderful stay. The hosts are very thoughtful in what they provide and offer. They were also very responsive and helpful. The place was great and walkable to Broadway. We had an excellent experience.

Sophie and Laurie were amazing hosts!! They had a beautiful place with great amenities in a very good location (very close to downtown)!! They were very friendly and responded very quickly, I highly recommend staying here!!

This was a great place to stay to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer. It was a short, easy, and convenient walk to the convention center and restaurants. Nick was very responsive to my hope for an early check-in as well.

Home was great and perfect for a girls trip! The house is beautifully decorated, super clean and was well equipped with all the amenities we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. Our check in, stay and check out was seamless.

Great relaxing place to stay. Only 30 minutes to Nashville. Kelly is always super responsive and friendly. This was our second time staying here and we definitely will be back.
