This new apartment has been designed to include modern comforts with a Nashville twist. Hang out in the open living area on the long leather chair and admire the diverse wall art from classic posters to playful illustrations. Metro Nashville Short Term Rental Permit Number 2/0/1/9/0/5/7/8/1/0 Guests will have full access to the apartment. We like to entertain in the backyard, so if there is an event going on, we welcome our guests to join us. We are available during your stay, but will be hands off unless you need us. The home is in a peaceful location that is still just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nashville and all of its fantastic shops and restaurants. There are also exceptional breweries and coffee shops nearby as well for a taste of local living. A vehicle or Uber is the best way to travel in Nashville.

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 square foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, large bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, and high speed wifi. The Retro Retreat is the upstairs apartment in a historic property. 15 minutes from BNA & Opryland attractions and 15 minutes from downtown Nash, this cozy Inglewood apartment is wrapped in pine wood and furnished with a vintage flair with a private entrance.  The bedroom accommodates 2 guests, queen size bed. Alternate foldable memory foam mattress is available. It is stored else ware, let me know before you arrive if it's needed. Off-street parking, two vehicles, Daily coffee provided.

There is no shared space aside from the gym in the garage (which you are welcome to use during your stay).
