We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Steve and Alice are exceptional hosts and the unit was just lovely.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Chris and Lindsey were FANTASTIC! We had a very last min visit for a death in the family and they went above and beyond to make our stay so easy and they were so kind and flexible. Their space is so cute!!! I highly recommend!

Daniel’s place was very clean and a quick Uber ride to downtown Nashville. Great location. We loved the balcony for hanging out and visiting.

The most important thing I worry about when leaving home is comfort. This home made me feel right at home ! When I tell you it’s a great location, safe, beautiful, spacious and breath taking please believe it. Stephanie’s a great host very responsive and doesn’t ask for much. Thank you for making my stay so amazing and if I ever visit Nashville again I’ll definitely stay here !! I recommend to any and every one looking for a place to stay.

The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions that made everything easy. I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Heather’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and all the amenities I needed were provided, including fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect quiet and peaceful, & close to great restaurants and shops. It made getting around super easy and convenient. Heather was a wonderful host—friendly, communicative, and very responsive. They offered great local tips and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again the next time I’m in Nashville. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for our trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown to walk or use the scooters but far enough away we didn’t hear downtown traffic and parties. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony.

Amazing place to stay in Nashville. The unit is clean , beautiful , and has everything you could possibly need. The location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway and also has great local restaurants. I will definitely book this again on my next trip to Nashville.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

Stacie's home was exactly as described. clean, comfortable and convenient. 15 min walk to Broadway. Even though the fire station was next door, we didn't have any issues with noise. if your looking to park in the gates probably won't happen. however there is plenty of free parking just outside the gate which we did and had no issues. we would use her place when come to Nashville next time.

Very cute apartment in a great location! Walking distance to Broadway and the Gulch! Jessica and Tyler were easy to get a hold of and so kind!

We stayed here for CMA fest and found it to be very convenient! One mile to Broadway and Nissan stadium. Walkable but plenty of scooters nearby and cheap Ubers. The space was exactly as pictured and a great place to have for a few nights!

I really enjoyed staying here and would stay again or recommend my family to stay when they come to Nashville. It was very clean and had everything that you would need for a little trip. The outside of the place actually felt safe because it’s gated in and I believe there were cameras which as a single woman made me feel comfortable. Whenever I had a question I messaged the host and she got back to me immediately so I felt comfortable reaching out. Everything was great thanks Amy!!

Nice location by the water. Walkable to several areas close by. We went to the Sounds stadium and was easy to walk to it. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was great as it was right next to the building.

Such a great place to stay with lot to do around. The host was very communicative and answered all questions immediately. Everything was very clean for us when we got there and was easy to check in and out. I would recommend this place to people wanting to stay in Nashville.

Great place in a great location. Very easy to walk to Broadway and all the sights. Host Gabe is clear instructions for check in and check out . If we come back to the area we would stay there again.

We had a great 4 days in a sweet spot on the river! We are very active and love to walk so we enjoyed the walk to the downtown area and Uber was easy for everything else. The place was just as described and the hosts were super responsive making our check in and check out seamless! We would absolutely book again!

Great place to stay. 20 min walk to downtown, but didn’t feel like it. We enjoyed the balcony and saw a good amount of wild life!

i had a lovely stay here! it’s a great location, easily walkable to some restaurants, grocery stores, and even 12 south! the place was just as described, and easy to find. carrie was an awesome host, and very responsive. place was very clean, and i felt right at home! i will happily stay here again next time i’m in town, and will recommend to friends and family as well!
