Remodeled Southern Chic Studio in 1950s Motel

Welcome to Southern Charm This beautifully remodeled studio is located just minutes from Downtown Nashville. Located in a vintage 1950’s motel, nestled between trendy new construction, the neighborhood is growing with lots of fabulous local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Southern Charm is located on the 2nd floor of the 2 story building. There is a one and a half flight of stairs to access our studio (No Elevators). Please keep in mind that our building is a 1950 motel that may be starting to show its age but the charm and character still remain. Once inside Southern Charm you will experience the feel of an upscale, urban flat with all modern upgrades. We also have complimentary parking! One car per studio. The parking lot can get a little full during our most busiest events in Nashville, and in that situation we have an overflow location. Please contact us to get more info if this occurs during your stay. Please be respectful of our quiet hours, between 10pm and 8am. We are in a growing neighborhood with lots of movement and energy. You may hear a little street noise from time to time from city traffic, and you will have neighbors below and on both sides. Please enjoy the quaint and charming pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (flight of steps to access, No Elevator). Southern Charm has a no pet policy (we love them but the complex does not allow). Southern Charm is a strictly NON SMOKING vacation rental. Nashville is a wonderful city. We are Nashvillians born and raised. With so much in walking distance and just a short Uber to downtown attractions, we are sure you’re going to love your stay! 5 minutes - Downtown Nashville (Titans, Predators, Broadway, Ryman) 4 minutes- Vanderbilt and Belmont 3 minutes- Sutler and ML Rose and Craft Brewed 2 minutes- great food (Mexican, Hot Chicken) 1 minute- liquor store Free parking and pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Laundry room ( self pay and be sure to bring your own detergent) We are born and raised Nashvillians that live in walking distance to Southern Charm. We know pretty much everything about Nashville and can answer or find out questions you may have. The property is convenient to everything and everywhere in Nashville, and is walking distance from 12th South and Melrose. It is also just minutes to Hillsboro Village, The Gulch, and downtown with its music, bars, and restaurants. Southern Charm is located in a great area and close to everything you would want to see. Uber and Lyft can have you minutes from destinations where driving may be required. Bike rental stations and scooter rentals can easily be used for closer destinations. Many wonderful local restaurants and craft bars in walking distance. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Southern Charm has a keyless entry lock. We are strictly a NON SMOKING vacation rental. We love pets but have a no pet policy.
