We had an incredible vacation at this home. Being on the lake was perfect for our family. We were able to go canoeing and swim off the dock. Also, I would mention that there is a fire pit at the house behind the garage that we were able to use. We spent a lot of time in the garage playing games. There was a ping-pong table and a foosball table and darts. Lots of space to hang out and have fun. Easy drive to Nashville for downtown fun. If we are ever vacationing in that area again, we would definitely rent the house again. It’s a perfect lake house has all the amenities that you need there. Including a hot tub, which was the highlight for the kids!

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The location couldn’t have been better; just minutes away from Nashville favorites like Chopper, Pearl Diver, and Snooze, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city without being in the thick of downtown traffic. The layout of the guest house was thoughtful and well-executed, offering comfort and privacy with an elevated sense of style. What really stood out, though, was the outdoor ambiance. The exterior space was beautifully maintained and gave off a calm, boutique-retreat vibe. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind in the evenings; quiet, clean, and surrounded by a tranquil setting that felt like a hidden gem. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great home base near East Nashville with top-tier outdoor vibes.

It was exactly how it was described. Nick was very helpful when I had a question. It was located close enough to get to Broadway (we used an Uber) and only about 10 minutes away with traffic. If/when we come back would definitely try to stay here again.

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

This was my 1st time visiting Nashville and I booked a week trip to explore the city. I wanted to stay away from the touristy downtown in a central, walkable neighbourhood. Jeffrey’s place was the perfect spot! It was about an hour walk to downtown Nashville (via a bridge over the Cumberland River). East Nashville is up and coming, has several hip and trendy neighbourhoods, with historic homes, tree lined streets, local bars, restaurants, and quaint shops. Jeffrey’s house is on a quiet residential street and the main strip is literally the next block. I was able to find groceries, cafes, and other amenities. His place was clean and comfortable. Although not renovated, it had a very spacious sleeping area, comfortable living room, full bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen where I was able to cook my meals. The laundry was a shared space in the home and Jeffrey generously provided laundry detergent. He was kind, helpful, welcoming, and communicated quickly via the app. Thank you Jeffrey!

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

We loved this cottage and the neighborhood hood was beautiful for walking. Back yard and deck was perfect for morning coffee and letting dogs play. Great place

Great little place to stay! Very cozy and had everything we could need! Downtown was a short Uber ride! There were also plenty of places near by to eat and drink at! We would stay there again!

My husband and our two dogs travelled to Nashville for a continuing education conference. The home was perfect for the four of us. The home was clean, private and just as described. Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs in the private backyard. Being just 13 minutes from Music City Center, it made an easy commute for the conference and exploring downtown. We hope to come back to Nashville soon, we loved it. Ashley’s home would be our first pick of where to stay!

The cleanest, most well put together, and most cozy Airbnb I’ve used thus far. Very good instructions, very well decorated, extremely clean, pristine bathroom, and the TV automatically signs you out of accounts when you check out. Highly recommended if you need a nice one bedroom Airbnb in Nashville. Also you’re very close to everything downtown.

Beautiful place! Went for a weekend trip and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Gulch and even Broadway. Very close to 12 South/Hillsboro shopping area as well. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the Guitar pool was a nice touch! Thank you!!

Nice location by the water. Walkable to several areas close by. We went to the Sounds stadium and was easy to walk to it. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was great as it was right next to the building.

Gorgeous view of Cumberland river right behind the condo. Nice decor and pretty much has everything you need including coffee and ice cream. Highly recommend it.

Very comfortable stay! We had one guest who needed sleep on the pull out, and he also thought it was comfortable. The outdoor pool was a short walk away and very quiet. We loved the covered parking and it felt like a very safe neighbourhood.

Will definitely be staying again, great clean stay, only a couple miles from downtown and all the fun!

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!

The reviews were right on. Cute decor. Spacious. Comfortable beds. My husband wants to know the brand of the King size mattress. Closets were so big could use it as another bedroom…lol… It was convenient and perfect for our family. Was in Nashville for CMA fest. Close enough to walk but don’t recommend it after a long day at the concerts and night doing stairs at the bars. Having the kitchen saved us a ton of $ on food. There were more amenities in the place than listed on line. I wouldn’t have brought as much stuff if I had known. Quick responses when I had questions. It was a great stay and I’d definitely stay again. Extra notes: It didn’t bother us but since it was CMA Fest don’t expect the quiet time. It got quiet around 2:30/3 AM. Again, we didn’t care. One issue for us was the weed smell. Even with all the signs no smoking or vaping. Chalk it up to CMA Fest. It is smoke free and people should respect that. Great place, great location. The house was in a great location in relationship to downtown Nashville and/or Franklin. Plenty of stores around. The den in the back of the house was a great place for everyone to 'hang out' in. The only 'challenge' was the busy road that the house is located on. Depending on the time of day, it was sometimes tricky pulling out of the drive. We had a great stay here!
