We had a great time visiting Nashville during the CMA Festival. The pretty, quiet neighborhood was a very nice change from the bustle and excitement of downtown (which was super fun!). Hosts Cathy and Randy were very helpful guiding us to what we should see, where to hear music, and good restaurants

Jennifer + Sean's place was super cool. Clean, comfortable and convenient to East Nashville, Shelby Park and not too far from downtown Nashville. What we loved the most was the decor - retro, mid-century-modern and hip. But the apt had all the comforts of home. Highly recommended.

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

Great location if you enjoy being away from hustle and bustle of the town, but also close enough to drive/uber to down town! very cozy home to stay in, shower is huge and the place really did feel like home away from home. hosts were super proactive with all instructions so I didn’t even need to bother them! would definitely stay again!

This was my 1st time visiting Nashville and I booked a week trip to explore the city. I wanted to stay away from the touristy downtown in a central, walkable neighbourhood. Jeffrey’s place was the perfect spot! It was about an hour walk to downtown Nashville (via a bridge over the Cumberland River). East Nashville is up and coming, has several hip and trendy neighbourhoods, with historic homes, tree lined streets, local bars, restaurants, and quaint shops. Jeffrey’s house is on a quiet residential street and the main strip is literally the next block. I was able to find groceries, cafes, and other amenities. His place was clean and comfortable. Although not renovated, it had a very spacious sleeping area, comfortable living room, full bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen where I was able to cook my meals. The laundry was a shared space in the home and Jeffrey generously provided laundry detergent. He was kind, helpful, welcoming, and communicated quickly via the app. Thank you Jeffrey!

This was my second visit to this location..it is in a good neighborhood and close to downtown. Enjoyed the stay. 😎

Everything I expected. Stairs to get to an apartment above the main home (which is clearly described). Interestingly, although it’s on a somewhat busy street, the apartment’s location in the back of the house was really quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable and the blackout shades were appreciated. Bathroom/ shower were fine. The weather was sketchy for most of our stay, otherwise we could have walked to all of the outstanding restaurants at which we ate. We walked to and from Nissan stadium for concerts. I’m not sure if I would have felt quite as safe at midnight if there had not been a ton of other people walking that far, but perfectly fine during the day. Frank was really helpful with almost instant response to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed. Full kitchen with a nice seating area and spacious bathroom. A bit outside of town but easy to get to. Totally worth it! FYI If you stay here (which you should), the driveway can be a bit tricky to see the first time.

Great place to get away. it was clean, cozy, well organized and we enjoyed pool table and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Katie and Aaron were excellent hosts! We travel to Nashville 2-4 times each year and have tried several AirBnbs, but none of them compare to this one. Their home is quiet and peaceful and was the perfect place to relax while our child was attending summer camp. The guest suite looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. We will be back in the future!

It is kind of a basement, there are no windows which was a bit of a bummer. Very clean and nice overall, a slight basementy odor however nothing terrible. The beds and space were very nice. The bathroom was clean and worked great.

We were in town for family and it was really convenient. It’s not far from the five points location. Lots of restaurant options beautiful neighborhood. they were very assertive and had a very knowledgeable and informal booklet for East End. 10/10 we will be visiting again at our next stay in Nashville

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect — located between Nashville and the Opry House and hotel with a short drive to the airport, which made everything super convenient. The accommodations were beautifully laid out with thoughtful design, custom decorations, and tons of amenities that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and helpful information about the area. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb — we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

A nice home base to explore Nashville - very convenient to fun spots in East Nashville. Brittney's basement apartment was very cozy and welcoming. I enjoyed the atmosphere & furnishings she tastefully put together. I also enjoyed seeing Kitty greet us in the driveway each day :). I feel very grateful to have had such a nice spot to stay while catching up & connecting with friends. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Felt safe with our two kiddos. The walking trail access in the backyard was wonderful! Clean and convenient to the area.

Tammy’s place is a perfect location if you are going to Grand Ole Opry. Loved the outdoor patio, covered parking, nice neighborhood! Everything we needed and very comfy bed. We hope to come back again. Tammy was always responsive & helpful.

I can't say enough good things about my week at Bobby's guest house. It was modern, well-appointed and immaculate. It actually had more space than I was expecting based on the pictures. Same goes for the neighborhood - I knew I'd be in a nice part of East Nashville, but it was such a beautiful block and so walkable to some incredible cafes and restaurants. Bobby was extremely communicative, polite and helpful. I'd love to stay here again sometime!

We love how easy and clear the instructions here were! So beautiful and cozy and close enough to the mall and other things to do in Nashville but not in a busy area. We will be back anytime we want a date night in Nashville

Kim and Steve’s BnB is so much nicer than advertised. The special decorative touches made it feel so comfortable and welcoming. It’s very clean and we experienced great owner communication! It is tucked away in a nice neighborhood, with only about a 20 minute drive to downtown. As veteran AirBnB owners, we highly recommend this charming rental!

We had a great time visiting Nashville while staying at Barry’s place. We brought our puppy and Barry was there to greet us and introduced the dogs and his dogs are sweet and adorable. The backyard was like being at a park!
