Second time staying at Diane's place. We enjoying staying at this Airbnb because it is very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect for us as it is near family that live in Tennessee.

Perfect for my family of 12. My dad had surgery at Vanderbilt and location was perfect for us to go between here and the hospital. Very handy to restaurants and stores. Overall a good experience.

Such a cute little place and in a good location that’s not too far from the zoo, Broadway, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again for our next Nashville trip!

We had a great one-night stay! The place was super cute, clean, and exactly as described. Even though it was a short visit, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. The host was incredibly quick to respond and made everything smooth and easy. Check-in instructions were crystal clear, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again!

Such a beautiful stay! Pictures don’t do it justice! Walked into such an amazing home, our stay was wonderful. Everything was so clean and pristine, perfect spot close to downtown and grocery stores! Would love to stay here again if I’m back in Nashville.

The home was great! Cute decor, cozy beds and all the comforts of home. We appreciated the last minute booking and the responsive communication with our host.

THE PROS: This townhome is AWESOME!!! I can do a glowing outstanding review and it still wouldn't be enough to describe the place, location and our hosts. Krishna was extremely friendly and accommodating when my flight changed to an earlier time . The townhome was cozy, super clean and private!!! On-site parking is always a plus!!! Fresh clean linens, new towels/washcloths and bathroom supplies added to list of amenities that stood out (the upscale hotel style mini Dove brand soap, shampoos, conditioners, etc. tipped the scales from the norm). This AirBnB experience exceeded my expectations and I shall recommend this location to friends who may be visiting Nashville in the future. I visit Nashville often and this will be my go-to from now on instead of the boring airport hotels and overpriced downtown hotels with poor parking!!! NOW THE CONS: There are NONE!!!! I wish I had more time to stay longer!!!! Thanks Krishna and Sarika!!!

Perfect space for the two couples we had staying there. The separate toilet spaces made it very easy. Short, cheap Uber ride to Broadway. Great (free) parking availability right out front of place. About a 20 minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry. It was in a really good location for all the Nashville attractions! The host was extremely responsive and proactive. Definitely appreciate the flexibility and kindness from host. Definitely would stay here again!

We were in town visiting family and the location was close to everything but set in a quiet neighborhood. Kai’s place was very clean, welcoming and very well stocked. Kai thought of everything; from toiletries, extra towels, blankets , charcoal for the grill to bottles of water and more. The house was nicely decorated and felt like home away from home we really enjoyed the back deck! Kai was also a great host. We didn’t need anything during our stay but she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

The property and units were very nice; they had everything that you would need, just like from home, everything in the unit was very clean, looked like new and very well upkept! Andrew's instruction was clear and easy to understand and getting onto the property and into the unit was easy, and we love that it was gated. The property was close to all the vegan restaurants that we wanted to go to, so that was a plus for us! Andrew was always polite and responsive to our messages. Also, Michelle the cleaning service was very nice and responsive as well! We definitely would like to stay there again the next time we are in Nashville!

Great Place, will stay again

Loved furnishings! Chaise lounger/couch was best I ever relaxed on! 3 floors offered changes (balcony patio, TV bedrooms, downstairs reading/coffee.) Quality of interior furnishings is sublime. Wonderful sleep on great mattresses and luxury hotel bedding. Details and offerings in condo made for a wonderful stay, retreat and resting spot! I'd return often as a single occupant when in Nashville. The one bathroom on 2nd floor made overnight access by top floor guest a challenge. Open concept loft layering of bedrooms made sounds from each level "flow freely" :) challenging sleep. So, HIGHLY recommend this as single person or couple's retreat. Again, the whole experience of staying there felt like a "spa." Compared to other properties even in the same neighborhood, the hosts have spared no expense to offer guests an absolutely exquisite property environment for stays.

There is simply too much to say, so I’ll let the other reviews, description, and photo speak for themselves. We absolutely felt comfortable and spoiled in this luxurious townhome. It was completely spotless but certainly not sterile feeling - it was warm and cozy and truly felt like home, and beyond. Having a roomy garage was a huge perk as well. I would be remiss not to mention that all of this was possible for us because of the passion, clarity, vision, friendliness, and attention to detail Abby and Frederico put into this AirBnB. And truly, it was a great value for everything provided. Highly recommended and will be back!

Perfect place for our vacation! Beautiful view outside, great little restaurant on the water in walking distance and every room was beautiful. We will definitely be staying again!

Vickie's place was great for the stay! The place is very spacious (2 queens and a king; the master room was huge), with an awesome rooftop, balcony, and common area! We were in town for a conference in the convention center. It was about a 15 min Uber ride to downtown for it. Vickie was communicative during the stay. A lot of cute touches, like the guestbook

Beautiful clean townhouse with a lovely and responsive host located in a quiet gated community. The place was modern with like new features in every room. Clear check in and out communication. Lovely features such as outdoor swing chairs and complimentary coffee. This place was beautiful and felt like home for my family of 3. ! Highly recommend!

Great find!! It was conveniently located near a lot of things, easily accessible to downtown, the place was clean and comfortable, and the whole check-in/check-out process was smooth! The rooftop area was an extra bonus. Definitely would stay here again if it’s available when I’m back in town!!

Very nice place with only a $10-20$ uber to downtown. The stairs are steep but nice to have a living space in the middle of both of the bedroom spaces. We had a blast here. Linda was very accommodating with our late flight as well. Would stay here again.

Malina and Jordan were great hosts! They were extremely responsive to any/all questions we had during our stay. The “Home in Nash” was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle! It completely accommodated our group of four adults and two children, and we probably could’ve had a few more people join us! I have already recommended the place to friends, andand I am likely to return there in the future.

Doug was a great host and the place was exactly what my friends and I needed for our short trip!

This place worked great for our girls trip! There was so much bedding. We loved all the bathrooms, they made getting ready so easy! There was also a Mexican restaurant within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was just what we needed! Our kiddos enjoyed the pool with a friend while my wife and I romped around the area looking for a home to relocate. We enjoyed playing Jenga on the patio while listening to music!
