Evane was a very responsive host! She gave us great instructions and worked with my group and I to ensure our stay was as we wanted. The apartment was very clean and spacious. She left us super awesome chocolates from her shop next door as well! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the Nashville area!

Best host ever! Thoughtful touches like ensuring there was coffee to start the day, candy to snack on, coffee table books and local guides, etc. Nathan was responsive, had on-site contacts in case of urgency, and gave us local recommendations. The place was spotless and very comfortable, the neighborhood felt very real and local. Nathan was very accommodating to our last minute changes and special requests, too. Great experience!

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

This place was amazing. My wife and I had a wonderful trip and used most of the recommendations from the owners. This location is a must stay on your trip.

Julia’s place in East Nashville was perfect for getting out of the downtown area to see what else the city has to offer. She was kind and prompt with her communication and everything was clean and organized— not to mention the gorgeous art all over the walls! The vibe was exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration and we were grateful she allowed our pups to crash with us! I would hesitate to book with her again, and neither should you!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!

We absolutely loved staying at Jacques house!!!! I can’t say enough good things. We came to celebrate our daughter making an AAU basketball team by seeing the Luke Combs exhibit! The house was literally 15 minutes away from the museums and all the fun stuff. There were tons of snacks and goodies for us, toiletries, basically everything we needed and that was much appreciated. Jacque made our families trip even better, I look forward to staying there again and enjoying girl chat over coffee!🥰

Fantastic place to stay that was located in an ideal spot whether you want to go down town or explore other spots in the area. The house alone had enough to do for an entire weekend from teeing off golf balls, relaxing in the sauna, watching a movie in the basement that gives an actual movie theater feeling and cooking amazing meals with the perfect kitchen loaded with all the tools to do so.

We only stayed one night but it fulfilled our needs with all the bedrooms and baths. It had a garage which was nice. We really enjoyed the rooftop. Would stay here again!

The Haynes House was absolutely charming! It was spacious, spotless, and quiet—exactly as described. Our group of five women stayed for an extended weekend and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, with close proximity to Broadway, 12th Street, and many of Nashville’s top attractions. Highly recommend!

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

We loved our stay in such a beautiful place, we had everything we needed and uber to downtown was so quick to arrive and just a 20 minute trip.

We were in town for the Metallica concert at Nissan Stadium. This location was super convenient, 12-13 minutes to stadium parking. Also great access to Broadway if you're wanting to go downtown. House is super cute and cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet. The food scene alone in East Nashville was amazing and everything is within 10 minutes of the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Lacy’s place is a wonderful spot in Lebanon. It felt very cozy with all the amenities and decorations. Lacy had board games that occupied us at night and she was super responsive with any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay😊

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

We chose this place because it was close enough to downtown but not right in the midst of the chaos! It was perfect for a home base to go back, relax and get ready. The place felt safe and comfortable! Love all the fun decor! Highly recommended grabbing some scooters and cruising to centennial park and grabbing sandwiches at 51st deli!! Easy to get Ubers for decent price to Broadway. Thanks for letting us call your place home for the week! We had a great time!!

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic! David was great and responsive! I would definitely stay again. My daughter had the best 21st! His condo is decorated picture perfect!

I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

This place was super convenient to things in town and also the pool was a nice relaxing place to pass the time. Kitchen is small but fully equipped with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Definitely recommend!

When we come to Nashville for concerts we always book with Katie for a night because it always feels like a nice lil get away. Katie's place is always clean, cozy and enjoyable to stay at! She is incredible responsive and always very kind! The condo we stayed at this time had a great balcony overlooking the river with chairs and a table we had complimentary coffee at in the morning before checkout and it was nice to watch the boats and relax. There's also all the amenities you need for a good stay. Katie's our favorite host to stay with and we will definitely be back when there's another show in town!
