Our stay was so wonderful. Our host was helpful and informative every step of the way. The space was clean and spacious and the bed was so comfy! The walk to downtown is beautiful along the river. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

Great apartment with beautiful views overlooking the river. Great location, a 2 block walk to a number of good restaurants and we walked (1 mile) back to the apartment after our concert at Nissan Stadium. The second bed in the living room works well for a small group of friends traveling together. It should be noted that the 1 bathroom must be accessed through the bedroom.

Very nice and relaxing three days away from hustle and bustle of city. Pool and lake were beautiful. Very nice suburban community quiet and safe. Lots of wildlife. House was very comfortable. Great beds and shower and kitchen.

Place was Fantastic and definitely would recommend to anyone. Beautiful views, cozy and very relaxing. It was walking distance to everything with great restaurants right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!!

This is a great spot! Walkable to broadway, and super close to germantown! I loved being able to stroll around the area. Place is super cute and felt extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Nash’s stay was very nice! Very peaceful and great view, just a rainy weekend we visited. Very clean and easy to find! Would note that 4 bedrooms is really 3 due to office space, but great bnb!

We had a great time staying in Nashville. Every morning I enjoyed my coffee on the veranda watching the river action. I had several visitors who loved eating my crackers. The location is perfect. The hostess was amazing. We had questions and she quickly responded. Much appreciated!

We really enjoyed our weekend! Everything was exactly how described in the description. My kids loved the backyard and the access to the lake was so nice. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at this beautiful waterfront property for a family getaway for our family and our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The location was so peaceful and the home was absolutely immaculate. Every amenity we could have needed was available and Jessica was the most gracious and responsive host. We cannot not wait to return again for an extended weekend and have already looked at the calendar for future dates.

This was a perfect meeting place for a long weekend at the lake. The marina was super close which was very convenient. Our family enjoyed all the games and the massage chair was a bonus! This rental is the 2nd floor of a three floor home. I was a little nervous as this was the first time our family had rented a space like this. We could barely tell it was a shared home. Host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a great stay!

This was an absolutely amazing stay. I will definitely be planning more trips here. Julian was extremely helpful and communicated a lot throughout the process.

Our stay here was 100% satisfactory! Our host gave us clear instructions on how to find the place, and it was easy to get in. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our larger group to spend the night. We’d definitely stay again or recommend to others. Not to mention the area around house was beautiful!

We are return guest to Sarah’s air bnb and as always the place was tidy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. The bedding was crisp and clean, and the pond is beautiful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Nashville area, you can’t beat this air bnb. The hosts are responsive, the house is beautiful and the washer and drier make it so much better than staying at a hotel. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home! We will be coming back!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Beautiful apartment. Definitely think it’s a touch overpriced but, as we figured out, thats Nashville in general. The photos definitely make you feel or expect the apartment will be a touch larger than it actually is so keep in mind its a fairly small apartment. The shower specifically is extremely small. Wonderful location and great place overall, just some fair warning that its a bit more cozy than alluded to by photos.

We stayed in this quaint gem ! The host is amazing along with Tia who is truly lovely! We felt right at home! We love the patio, listening to the river, planes, trains, and automobiles literally, but it was definitely soothing. We enjoyed our nights out there. The place is very clean very comfortable. Cute little area for sure that you can walk around and enjoy food and breweries. We will definitely stay here again. I definitely recommend this place. We were very pleased Becky and David.

Great stay for first time in Nashville! The place was clean and homey. It was nice being next to the river. We walked around Germantown and was a short Uber ride to Broadway.

This is a perfect 1 bedroom with a generous living room space, in walkable distance to Broadway. Check in/out instructions were clear, and Todd was motivated by providing a high level of hospitality and satisfaction. I’d recommend this to those looking for an easy, relatively quiet spot that you can walk to Broadway from!

Fantastic! Location- amazing! We came for CMA Fest and the condo was Walkable to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. We only Ubered to airport and back. Condo - clean, comfortable, beautiful view of river and exactly as described. Well stocked w pots/pans etc. Train - we sleep w sound machines (already in the room) and train was not an issue for us at all Host - Scarlett was responsive and helpful! She sent all info I needed well in advance with reminders. She even helped w groceries! Well back and stay again!! Thank you!

Gorgeous view of Cumberland river right behind the condo. Nice decor and pretty much has everything you need including coffee and ice cream. Highly recommend it.

Jordan’s place was wonderful. Nice view of river. Very close to parking. Walk to downtown 20 minutes. He was extremely responsive when we had questions!
