Close to the highways that take you everywhere! 10 mins to downtown, 10 mins to the Opry, and 17 mins to the airport. Off street parking. Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was on the smaller side but very cozy and clean! We really enjoyed having our two dogs with us there too and it was nice to have a completely fenced front and back yard for them to hang out. The bed was very comfortable too! I definitely recommend this place and will most likely stay here again.

Aaron was extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful despite the holiday. Even though this was a very last minute stay, he got us in very quickly and was always there to help when needed! The space had everything you could need and was clean & cozy. It was also peaceful- outside the hustle and bustle- but within great driving distance to many things to do! We will definitely be back next time we are in Nashville! 🫶🏼

Leslie was a great host! It was perfect for our bachelorette trip and lots of beds + super cute and clean. We had an issue with the code getting into the house but Leslie answers immediately and helped us out. The trailer of folks living in the parking lot was a little uncomfortable, but she did warn about that before we arrived.
