The blue house was a fabulous find, a true oasis! We had to remind ourselves we were in the middle of town! We truly enjoyed the getaway from the festivities of wartburg graduation, which we were in town for. It provided the perfect balance. We were able to have sweet time together as a family, enjoying a nice dinner in the spacious kitchen & dining room, evening entertainment in the retro arcade, and a relaxing nightcap in the hot tub! There was even a quiet morning to sit out on the deck with coffee and the wildlife. We enjoyed reading about the history of the home, quite a labor of love, and even got to meet the infamous cat. Thank you Judy for a great time of making memories as a family as we send off our graduate into the world!

Ross Creek Cabins is, simply put, the gold standard. Truly, it doesn't get much better than this -from the stunning and peaceful location and views to the thoughtful attention to detail to the immaculate and beautifully appointed cabins. Mostly our intention was to pass through for a couple days of quiet after a lot of hiking and time on the road and it fit the bill perfectly. If you are anywhere in the area, go out of your way to experience the Shangri-La of Montana...

Had a great time at the cabin. If you want a peaceful place to relax then look no further. Great “Cabin in the mountains” vibe. Wayne was super helpful with anything that came up. Great host and a great place to stay! Had all the amenities that make it modern but the feel of really being out there which was what we wanted.

Our family thrived at Liz’s cabin! The river was perfect for my younger kids—calm and shallow in most areas, great for first-time kayakers. For more adventure, we tried paddling upstream, which was a fun challenge and a great life lesson in perseverance! Downstream and around the cabin is smooth and peaceful, perfect for kids. I recommend bringing a cooler with simple meal ingredients. I packed sandwich supplies but wished I’d brought more—vodka pasta would be ideal here! I made a quick run into town for spaghetti, but options are limited (as Liz notes in her very helpful guide). We also had dinner at Pokegama Lakeside—great food, a beautiful lake view, and an authentic Native American canoe on display! Liz has created a truly magical place. The natural landscaping, cozy cabin details, and high-quality linens made it so comfortable. Thank you, Liz, for such a special stay!

My partner and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay! The schoolhouse is very cozy, with beautiful views, and the baby sheep were adorable and so fun to watch. Caroline was very responsive and kind! I’d recommend their place to anyone in a heartbeat.

It was a beautiful place and everything was clean and clear instructions on how to navigate the mountains and also recommendations for trails, food and stores. 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely gorgeous house and location! Looked exactly like the photos. We took advantage of the oysters right in back of the house and cooked them in the oven for a delicious dinner. The hot tub was the perfect place to watch the sunset. Lots of beautiful wildlife, including birds, fish, and seals that swam right up to the dock! Kayaks were another excellent feature. Overall, the perfect place to spend our honeymoon!

Wow is all! What a great place!! So private and the Hot tub/ infinity pool is the icing on the cake! Definitely will be staying here again even our dogs loved roaming the fenced in yard! Book this place!

Spent a lovely weekend getaway with my husband and our dog, and this place was absolutely perfect for it! It’s tucked away in a peaceful, wooded location — just what we were looking for. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hot tub was amazing too! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature!

Kris and Dan were excellent hosts. The cabin was cozy and as described. Things were arranged so that we could find things easily. They were there when you needed them, but they gave you privacy. The cabin had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Great host, the cinnamon bread is the best! Awesome secluded place in the woods, super quite and highly recommend it!

Three quiet nights in the mountains… my 11 year old daughter and I both were excited to escape reality for a while. On our drive to the yurt, she made a comment about how she was so ready to get away from all the annoying kids at her school. As you can tell from the photos, it’s a special place. And, I’m so thankful that we found it. This morning while sitting on the couch she said “Ya know, I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m excited to go back to school.” I looked at her and smiled. I said “Ya see baby, what a mountain trip can do for your soul?” She grinned. Proud Mama Moment. Been twice. Ready to go again. 🛖💫⛰️

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

Meghan was always responsive from check in to check out. The house was everything we wanted and needed. It was our second time there so we knew what to expect. It was even better than the last visit! The house had everything we needed. All we did was get our groceries and relaxed for the entire week. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow. This place is amazing. One of my favorites from AirBnBs in lots of countries. The views, the location, the attention to detail, the pool, the hot tub, etc. We spent a week here with our three kids and fell right at home. Everything worked and we felt welcome. I especially loved how each time we looked across the ridge down over Chattanooga it always was a bit different. Adam was exceptional. He bent over backwards to accommodate us, and he was ultra responsive.

We had a great stay at this house and everything was as described. The location is great, right across from the river and when done the downstairs has a lot of fun toys. The owner was great to work with and provided well detailed notes. We would stay here again!

We had a blast during our stay! The view was beautiful, the area was very family friendly. The beach was a quick walk and easy access. It was quiet & peaceful and felt like a getaway away from the busy areas nearby. The unit was very clean and looked exactly like the photos listed! You can tell the cleaner they use does a great job because it was truly spotless. We loved the location of the unit it had the perfect view. It’s located near 3 pools, it was nice to get to them quickly. There are two outdoor showers to rinse off as well. The fridge, toaster, oven of course all came in handy while staying the week! We also felt very safe having our 1 and 5 year old on the balcony with us because the bars were closer together! The unit is very kid friendly, there is not extra decor around that they can reach so that was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again!☺️
