Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nashville

Amazing location! This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Broadway but slightly away from the hustle and bustle. There are tons of places to check out within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the pool. We wouldn’t want to stay in any other location after staying here. The Airbnb was cute and had all of the basics we needed. The host sent very detailed notes ahead of our stay. We’re thankful for the great experience.

Beautiful place! Went for a weekend trip and was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Gulch and even Broadway. Very close to 12 South/Hillsboro shopping area as well. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the Guitar pool was a nice touch! Thank you!!

Nice location by the water. Walkable to several areas close by. We went to the Sounds stadium and was easy to walk to it. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was great as it was right next to the building.

Gorgeous view of Cumberland river right behind the condo. Nice decor and pretty much has everything you need including coffee and ice cream. Highly recommend it.

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.

Very comfortable stay! We had one guest who needed sleep on the pull out, and he also thought it was comfortable. The outdoor pool was a short walk away and very quiet. We loved the covered parking and it felt like a very safe neighbourhood.

Katie was such a wonderful host, she was kind and always responded quickly. The condo was beautiful and perfectly clean. We loved the balcony, it was so nice to sit out on and be right by the river. I would highly recommend staying at her condo on your next trip to Nashville. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and things to do. I can’t wait to come back again!

The reviews were right on. Cute decor. Spacious. Comfortable beds. My husband wants to know the brand of the King size mattress. Closets were so big could use it as another bedroom…lol… It was convenient and perfect for our family. Was in Nashville for CMA fest. Close enough to walk but don’t recommend it after a long day at the concerts and night doing stairs at the bars. Having the kitchen saved us a ton of $ on food. There were more amenities in the place than listed on line. I wouldn’t have brought as much stuff if I had known. Quick responses when I had questions. It was a great stay and I’d definitely stay again. Extra notes: It didn’t bother us but since it was CMA Fest don’t expect the quiet time. It got quiet around 2:30/3 AM. Again, we didn’t care. One issue for us was the weed smell. Even with all the signs no smoking or vaping. Chalk it up to CMA Fest. It is smoke free and people should respect that. Great place, great location. I had such a great experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Johnathan /Kenneth was responsive and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel welcoming. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again. We had an incredible vacation at this home. Being on the lake was perfect for our family. We were able to go canoeing and swim off the dock. Also, I would mention that there is a fire pit at the house behind the garage that we were able to use. We spent a lot of time in the garage playing games. There was a ping-pong table and a foosball table and darts. Lots of space to hang out and have fun. Easy drive to Nashville for downtown fun. If we are ever vacationing in that area again, we would definitely rent the house again. It’s a perfect lake house has all the amenities that you need there. Including a hot tub, which was the highlight for the kids!

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The location couldn’t have been better; just minutes away from Nashville favorites like Chopper, Pearl Diver, and Snooze, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city without being in the thick of downtown traffic. The layout of the guest house was thoughtful and well-executed, offering comfort and privacy with an elevated sense of style. What really stood out, though, was the outdoor ambiance. The exterior space was beautifully maintained and gave off a calm, boutique-retreat vibe. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind in the evenings; quiet, clean, and surrounded by a tranquil setting that felt like a hidden gem. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great home base near East Nashville with top-tier outdoor vibes.

Great location if you enjoy being away from hustle and bustle of the town, but also close enough to drive/uber to down town! very cozy home to stay in, shower is huge and the place really did feel like home away from home. hosts were super proactive with all instructions so I didn’t even need to bother them! would definitely stay again!

My family enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The kids settled in well and enjoyed playing hide and seek in all the rooms. The cleanup expectations at the end were reasonable and everything worked out well. We would consider staying here again if in Nashville again.

We loved this cottage and the neighborhood hood was beautiful for walking. Back yard and deck was perfect for morning coffee and letting dogs play. Great place

Wonderful spot! Close to downtown but also in a neighborhood rich with history, personality and offering serenity in the city. Greg was a true Superhost and made himself available to answer questions, help if needed and make recommendations for the area! The place itself has real personality and is completely immaculate! We could have gone anywhere in 15 min, but honestly it was hard to leave so we grabbed takeout and ended up staying in, watching old movies and listening to music! Perfect for the homebody couple or the adventurers! We will book again!

I enjoyed being able to walk to the trails along the river. My wife enjoyed being able to walk to get coffee.

Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here.
