My romantic, detached, simple wooden house is located away from hectic everyday life, in Prättigau at 1250 meters above sea level with wonderful views of the Grisons mountains. Nearby towns are Klosters 30 minutes, Davos 45 minutes, Chur 30 minutes away. The Prättigau is great for hiking and biking. My beloved place is consciously for those guests who are not looking for entertainment and luxury, but nature. Village shop 10 minutes by car, Berghaus Fideriser Heuberge at 2000 meters above sea level with restaurant 20 minutes. We rent from May to October.

Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. Our studio is close to the center (15 minutes' walk to the train station/center) and yet in a quiet location. It's the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi (summer), ice rink (winter), the sports center with tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail is right behind the house.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
