RUSTIC FISHING CABIN ON SWAN LAKE, MELROSE

Beautiful rustic 1946 fishing cabin with 200 feet Lake Swan waterfront. Peaceful, park like property. It is a GREAT place for water sports and fishing. House has 1 bedroom (2 queen beds), 1 bath and a sleeping loft (2 single beds). Living area has vaulted ceilings, woodburning fireplace, large windows, sofa and a queen size futon. A large screened lake side porch is a great place for outdoor dining or to simply enjoy the nature. Guests have access to 2 kayaks and a canoe.

Equine Friendly - Studio Apartment & 6 Stall Barn

The Upper Barn at Wood B is an equine friendly vacation rental with six stalls and a studio apartment that will sleep six. It is the perfect place to stay while vacationing with your horse. Stalls have floor mats, automatic waterers and fans. You will also have access to a wash rack and two turn out paddocks. There is an additional charge of $35/night for each horse. We can also provide bedding for an additional charge.
