Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.

Design this space thinking about the comfort of enjoying nature. Enjoy tranquility, rest and peace. It is a cabin with an excellent location, for a stay or a getaway to the Springs. A dream range, with a back door that takes you to a space where you can watch a night full of stars. My favorite part of this space is the soaking tub designed for taking a relaxing bath with doors closed or doors open so you can have visual contact with the outside.

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.

Anchor Point Cottage is a tranquil escape with expansive water views from the oversized front porch. Boaters will appreciate the off street parking for boating equipment. The Cottage is decorated in old Florida style and is the perfect setting for relaxation and nature watching. The cottage is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Plenty of room to park your boat.
