Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Florida

Just what we needed and centrally located between Tampa Bay and great MTB trails. I only wish the split AC was a bit stronger, but it was not bad. Place was clean and quiet.

Eileen was so kind and very responsive with any inquiry we had. The house was beautiful and very accommodating. If I ever need to come to the area, I’ll definitely be using this Airbnb.

Allen as a host 10/10 , flexible, carried my luggage when we arrived. Was very responsive, had a binder of things to do, everything in home was clean , had pots/pans/ ice maker , cooler/beach chairs ! The place was absolutely peaceful! Will definitely want to book again! Also he allowed us to meet his dogs Bam Ban and Reecee so cute! All instructions were clear! Absolutely no issues thank you for a wonderful stay !!

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic area of Miami. We stayed here for 8 days and had a ball. Very quick check in at the front desk (just showed the passport); 6 lifts and we barely waited for a lift in the 8 days we were there. A lovely apartment, so clean, stunning views of the water. The sofa bed was very comfortable - came with a foldaway mattress which was ideal. The kitchen had the full range of utensils, microwave, large fridge etc. Bathroom was very clean and had shampoo, soap etc. We used the laundry facilities in the apartment - washer and dryer - so you could probably bring less clothes than planned for your holiday! It's a great spot for dozens of bars and restaurants, walking to Brickell Island, and Ubers are cheap and plentiful to take you further afield - $10 to Bayside, $15 to $20 to south beach. I would absolutely recommend Cinthia's apartment to anyone looking for a lovely home-from-home in a great area. Cinthia was very responsive and a great host.

I have stayed in Inga’s unit many times and it was fantastic each and every time. It’s decorated impeccably and you feel like you’re at home or in a five star hotel. It’s always clean and I would recommend it to anyone.

Regina was friendly and helpful host, and we had a wonderful stay. She went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations. I was very grateful that she had bikes and her tandem kayak available for us to borrow to explore the area. We would love to return again to see the manatees!

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

1000/10 Recommend ! This has been the best air we’ve been to , The house was better than the pictures , the pool was very big , house was very clean and equipped with everything you need . This exceeded my expectations

House was super cute. The hosts thought of everything and had everything labeled as well as a guide book. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say was inconvenient was that we had to clean the pool frequently because of the foliage. A pool guy was supposed to come but we never saw anyone come clean the pool. That’s just a minor thing though and overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Tampa! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the host made everything easy. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! We loved that they had basically everything you might need. They even had a high chair and pack n play which was really useful with our 11 month old. The area is peaceful and quiet but still close to restaurants/grocery stores. Our favorite part of the stay was watching the sunset while relaxing in the pool.

Easy check in, easy check out! Host was very responsive. Condo was squeaky clean and had lots of extras! Our kids loved the place and the very short walk to the beach. Would stay here again!

I would recommend this place to anyone, the description matches the reality. My only feedback would be that communication can be challenging if not during Italian day time zone.

This was a great place to stay for a quick beach trips! The space was very clean and had all of the beach accessories we needed! We loved being able to use the bikes to explore the surrounding area! Would highly recommend!

A great space to stay!! Comfortable, moveable, plenty of space to put your things! She had extra chairs, toys, and swimming masks for you to use! Along with plenty of kitchen supplies, and a fan (which i loved) Overall a great place to stay!

We felt right at home while in Orlando because of this Air BnB. I was worried we would struggle because it is a large complex, but the GPS was spot on at the correct building and the unit was very easy to find. The complex is in amazing condition, amenities were great, and the unit was so relaxing. Everyone in my group kept raving about how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were. There was an abundance of towels and they hostess will quickly respond if you need additional towels. We LOVED this Air BnB and will definitely be renting it again. Right outside the gates of the complex there are stores, liquor stores, Chipotle and other food/store options (you can walk there it is so close). Thank you for a great experience & amazing stay!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The home was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed with a warm and inviting style, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated that the host provided 2 beach umbrellas and chairs for us to take to the beach — such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better: just a quick 4-minute drive to the beach. Philippe was amazing, always responding quickly to messages and even welcomed us with fresh fruit and wine upon arrival. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami. My fiancé and I were beyond satisfied with our stay — 100% recommended!

Everything was nice TV's and internet was iffy when in room, but other than that wonderful!!!! Elevators wait time was horrible but had nothing to do with room!!!! Nina was a quick response when I did need her!!!!
