Checker's place was fantastic! The place was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed and more! The apartment decor was beautiful inside. The surrounding area was so pretty and peaceful! The location was great as it was situated close to everything as well. Above and beyond, very kind and quick to respond, and was accommodative and caring about my needs. I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Perfect home away from home for a High Springs getaway! Absolutely lovely, cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom is gorgeous and the outdoor seating area is just perfect. Siobhan and Lee are wonderful hosts with amazing recommendations!

Jane’s place was beautifully clean and she thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. My only negative is the king bed was not very comfortable. There is a beautiful pool and lots of activities available Would definitely return

I stayed for a week while visiting family. It was a perfect location for my needs. It’s close to Fresh Market, Publix and Upper Crust. The hosts were welcoming, provided gracious hospitality and offered a cute outdoor space where I listened to the morning birds with coffee. Will stay again if available.

I stayed in Andrea's Airbnb for a month while working remotely. It is truly a gem that combines proximity to what Gainesville is famous for: the University of Florida, Shands Hospital complex, and Santa Fe College. This airbnb is in proximity to variety of restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, parks, and houses of prayers. Andrea's airbnb is located in an upscale, walk-able community on the double cul-de-sac lined up with magnificent trees. The inside is superbly clean, with many thoughtful details, making you feel comfortable. Andrea, is an excellent host, assuring privacy and also responding promptly to communication and attending to requests and questions. There is free access to new washer/dryer. WiFi with good speed. Certainly, I will look up Andrea's Airbnb anytime I will be heading to Gainesville.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, and quiet, which made it easy to relax. It had all the essentials we needed, from a comfortable bed to convenient amenities that made our time there feel like home. The atmosphere was peaceful, just what we needed to recharge for a day of sports. Would definitely stay here again!

The Annex was the perfect place for our weekend. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was private, the decor was elegant. The host was helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The location is just 10 minutes from the university and lots of restaurants. We highly recommend this listing.

This secret hideout was perfect for our stay and planned adventure. It was very spacious and so cozy. The bed was so comfy and the space perfectly decorated. Enjoyed sunrise with coffee in hand from screened porch and beautiful sunset views too. The dock allowed us access to our hobbies of photography and fishing. Hosts were super and very attentive ! We definitely will return for more adventures. Thanks for this location and our great stay!

Second time that me and my wife stayed at one of Jonathan’s properties and would stay again.

My partner and I booked this stay because it’s 20 min from ginnie springs. We got in late Friday night and woke up early to float on the springs all day Saturday. I got a text from Raul and Carla reminding us about check out and realized that I had mistakenly only booked for one night when I wanted us to stay for two. When I called them, not only were they super nice and understanding about it, they quickly modified our stay and asked if we needed anything else and told us to enjoy our day. What a lovely couple and their place was perfect for two people and very peaceful. If you’re looking for a quiet and cute getaway, this is it!

I really had fun at Camp Seminole Springs! This former girl scout camp is in a beautiful park-like setting, which hosts 4 natural springs with a creek running through. My room was located in the old camp lodge, along with 2 other airbnb rooms, which were not occupied when I was there, so I had the entire lodge to myself! Complete with a fire in the fireplace and a private hot tub - which really helped since it was in the 40s at night! (I used the hot tub twice - once at night, while gazing at the stars over the spring from my own private balcony, and another time in the morning for good measure ;)) - this airbnb experience was very relaxing. You can walk around the woods to Little Orange Creek or swim in Seminole Spring. There is also quite a history there, as the town was named after one of the springs on the property, it used to be a railway stop in the early 1900s, and still hosts a historical building. The hosts are the best, if you're interested in history, ask for a tour!

Great location to University of Florida. Accommodation was comfy and cozy. Hot tub was inviting. There was a little hiccup at the beginning of the trip. Shelton not only went above and beyond to correct the issue promptly but continuously followed up with me during our stay to ensure we were satisfied and happy. We would definitely stay here again.

Jon’s place was very welcoming and comfortable, like a home away from home. It was so peaceful which is exactly what we needed for my birthday trip from Jax. Above and beyond when it came to amenities, the grill was an awesome touch using it along side the beautiful scenery was perfect. And they provided any and all kinds of dishes and utensils you could need. 10/10 would recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay at Aaron and Mysha's place in Gainesville, FL this weekend. I was in Gainesville as part of a GA photography group taking nature and wildlife photographs in the wetlands. Their place was perfect for what I needed. The proximity of their location to the various nature parks was great! And of course I liked all the amenities, all first class.

From the moment I arrived, her hospitality was outstanding — warm, thoughtful, and always attentive. The house itself is absolutely stunning. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more). Every detail has been carefully thought out to provide comfort and peace of mind. You can tell Ann truly cares about her guests and her space. The location is perfect — safe, peaceful, and conveniently close to everything. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore the area, this is the ideal home base. I felt completely at home… or even better, like in a private retreat. Without a doubt, this is the best of the best. This was a last minute decision to stay with Virginia because I had a hip replaced and was waiting to see if I could drive. Virginia was extremely flexible and accommodating. She came by and welcomed us with her sweet dog, Sadie. We felt very comfortable and appreciated. So happy to have found this perfect place to stay when visiting family in the area. Thank you Ladies, for a wonderful weekend!

Great place for what we needed. Clean, comfortable and great home base for diving. Property is very cool, lots of flora and fauna and her dogs Tipper and Thor are sweet. Daniel saved our stuff from an early morning rain storm, that was huge. Tami is around to help with any last minute questions or concerns. Was a great stay.

A little slice of heaven! This property is stunning and so peaceful. We were so thankful to stay there on late notice and didn’t want to leave when the time came. The bed is super cozy and the place was perfect for our short stay. Waking up to the oak grove was magic. We saw falcons and other birds along the property and loved all the birding! The host is delightful and very responsive. We felt safe and taken care of.
