Very clean and private room ( like a studio) in a private house in Hollywood . Close to the beach, FTL.Airport , Port Everglades and much more . Great house to relax ! Very peaceful!!! “If you’re sitting there right now wondering if you should take the leap and stay here or not, DO IT. I was the same way—scrolling through all the reviews to see if this place was legit or not, but it truly is legit and is a legitimate mini paradise in my opinion. You have your own private pool, and canal right beside the pool. Although you’re connected to a main house, it does not feel as if that’s the case because of how Frank has everything set up. Once you get there the instructions to get into his place are SO simple and there’s a keypad lock so you don’t have to worry about losing a key! You’re within 10 minutes from absolutely everything and it’s AWESOME. I will definitely stay here again someday if my boyfriend and I decide to venture back down to Florida from PA. Franks place is clean, and the bed is super comfy to sleep on! He is a very attentive host and is very quick to respond with any questions or concerns.”
Due to Covid19, guests are limited to only those registered. Modern 2 bed,1 bath home in quiet residential area. Kitchen updated with new cabinets and quartz countertops. Bathroom has marble throughout. Master bedroom has king bed and second bedroom has queen bed. Enjoy the private backyard with hammock, outdoor dining set, and lounge chairs or sit in the screened-in porch. Family and pet friendly. Close to airport, cruise port, and downtown.

“The best place you can book in Florida. It was my first time driving a rental & the perfect place to start & finish a drive. A hospital is nearby if anything were to happen, the area is quiet but not far away from anything & the stay is very private which I love. The door faces east so you get the full enjoyment of the sunrise as well - can’t find a better place in Hollywood!!!”
