We absolutely love Ellen’s place! It was perfect for what we needed for my daughter’s graduation weekend! It was super clean, very well equipped and ample spaces! The kitchen has everything you can think of, it is large and very comfortable for fixing breakfast or a nice family dinner. Ellen welcomed us with few details related to my daughter’s graduation, very thoughtful! The three rooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious and have all the amenities needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We walked around. There are nice restaurants and coffee shops only 3 minutes walk. It was home away from home! We certainly recommend Ellen’s place! From reservations to check-out all went smoothly and communicating with her is easy!

I had a fantastic stay at Carmencita’s place! Communication was excellent from the very beginning - clear, quick, and always helpful. Carmencita is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This was a perfectly peaceful place to come home to after sweating in the sun all day! We’ll definitely be back.

This home was perfect us. We were visiting UF for an event and the location was great. It was easy to find and a nice neighborhood. People waved as we drove in. The house was just as described.

The house was everything we had imagined based on photos and descriptions. Jeff checked in with me the day of check in, as well as the next day to make sure we were settled and comfortable. We had lots of room to spread out and enjoy. It offered all the comforts of home and all the kitchen essentials.

Easy access with designated parking spots right out front. Next to Butler Plaza area with all stores you may need incl two Publixs. Quiet apartment complex. Large bedrooms. Good value and would stay again

Cozy little home on the outskirts of Gainesville- close enough to be at the campus in just a few minutes but far enough to escape the traffic and be immersed in a nice country vibe. Pizza place a few minutes away was perfect for a late dinner. I’ll most likely rebook next time I visit my UF student.

Great value, great location. Incredibly clean and well appointed. Super cute spaces and we had everything we needed. With it being a duplex, the two families visiting us got their own side and felt they had privacy but were close enough to hang out. I would definitely recommend!

Such a great place and near everything we needed. It is well stocked with the basic essentials and even had basic spices that would be needed for cooking. Lots of cleaning material if needed. Very well thought out and considerate.

Our stay at Tyler’s beautifully remodeled rental home was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the pristine white walls, open layout, and stylish modern decor that gave the entire space a fresh and inviting feel. The two-bedroom layout was perfect for our needs, offering comfort and privacy, and the full kitchen was a dream—fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, from quick breakfasts to full dinners. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of this home. One of the standout features was the outdoor space. The enclosed porch was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine and it was simply stunning. With a serene view of the trees and cozy seating, it felt like our own private retreat. Whether we were relaxing indoors or enjoying the peaceful view outside, every moment in this home felt calm, rejuvenating, and truly special. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. A true GEM!!

We booked this place at the last minute because the original place we booked was dirty & horrible. Natalie got us in last minute, cleaned it again since it was vacant for a week or so and she was in touch with us for all our questions & needs. We were very happy there. Thank you Natalie.

Worked great for our visit! Clean and clutter-free, conveniently located, and thoughtfully set up, including black out curtains in the bedrooms and doggie bags in the fenced yard. As noted in the location description, neighbors were out socializing one of the nights. Light sleepers may want to choose one of the back bedrooms.

This place worked really well for us for a UF visit / football game weekend. Everything was new & clean, bed was comfortable and the BR along with bathroom could be separated off by pocket door which allowed full privacy. Todd was friendly, proactive with communication and available as needed (incl giving us a good brunch recommendation) but not overbearingly present. 15+ min to campus, easy drive. Would stay again! 👍🏻

The room was exactly as described, clean, simple, and perfect for a short stay. The location is convenient, and the host was very attentive and kind. It met my needs for just spending the night. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward, well located place to stay.
