Villa vacation rentals in Gainesville

What a great place to stay. We came up for my daughter’s graduation and my parents came with us. We ended up grilling one night and bringing in food the other night as we wanted to stay in and enjoy the house and each other. We saw deer and Ali-gator out back. It was just beautiful and the house was pristine inside and plenty of room for all of us. Highly recommended.

Our stay started off a little rough as I did not receive any instructions for self check in code. I reached out to host upon arrival and she provided the code within 20 minutes. Tried the code and lock was not working. Had to reach back out to her. She did call me back quickly and provided a different code to a lockbox on back door that accessed keys to get in house. That process took close to an hour so a bit frustrating however with that said once that was resolved everything else was Good and we had a Great weekend visiting the cedar lake woods botanical garden which was Amazing! I do Appreciate the host taking care of the access issue fairly quickly. The beds were comfortable and the house was nicely decorated inside.

We had a great time at Johnny’s place. The house was perfect for accommodating a large group. It was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with families of deer roaming around which was beautiful to see. Everything was exactly as we expected. The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the seventies feel it had. There was plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets for everyone. I really can’t say enough great things about our time here.

Although only 20 minutes from the UF stadium, you feel you are almost in the country because the air is fresh, it is extremely peaceful, safe and not congested like Gainesville is closer towards UF. There is actually a breeze that comes across the massive backyard that has a lined inground pool! The house is a cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath house. It is very clean. The hosts are extremely responsive and let me check-in two hours early. I marked down only the cost but to be fair …I was there graduation weekend for UF and literally every Airbnb and every hotel was extremely overpriced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable!
