“Richard’s studio apartment was the perfect way to experience Savannah. The location is ideal - in the heart of the city, yet totally private and quiet. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. Richard did a great job restoring the carriage house too - the space is still historic, but with modern conveniences like great AC and a smart TV. We had all we needed to cook, and the fridge was stocked with a few drinks and necessities to start off our week. If you want to really experience Savannah, we absolutely recommend Richard’s place!”
Distance here! Propose here! Inspire here! Love it here. A Premium magical space with six skylights with views of stars and whimsical oaks and priority access to open-air treehouse. Nestled in a historic fishing village just minutes from the hustle and bustle tourism of Savannah. Enjoy a clawfoot tub en suite. Use the kitchen. Listen to records. Pet the cats. If booked, please check out the on-site equally extravagant Parlor Room https://airbnb.com/h/diamond-oaks-treehouse-parlor-room
“This spot is so special and enchanting! I could live in the reading nook forever looking out at the myriad live oak branches with Spanish moss (if you don't bring your own book, Chad has plenty around the house). It was so fun to spend time in the house in the quirky attic suite with lovely decor and leaded glass windows and six skylights, looking up at the treehouse. The treehouse is a special place -- comfortable for you to hang out in the hammock chair or lie on the hanging mattress (if it hasn't been raining). The tabby cat Tink may join you sometimes since she has supreme climbing abilities (she's amazing). I don't have that great climbing abilities, so it was a bit challenging to get on and off the ladder at the top (on the adventurous side for me, but easy for my teenage niece). We enjoyed eating our morning poptarts and evening take-out on both of our private porches among the treetops. The location is so close to Bonaventure Cemetery which is such a unique and lovely place to take a stroll. When I come back to Savannah, I want to stay here again. It's thoroughly charming.”
Kick back on the green velvet couch around the statement fireplace with exposed brickwork in this bright condo. It’s perched on the third story of a Victorian house dating from 1891. During the day, the condo is flooded with light from high ceilings and bay windows. The blackout curtains and plush king bed will help you sleep-in in the morning!
“This is a wonderful apartment. Fabulous location, so close to Forsyth Park (loved going out for a run in the morning). The apartment is comfortable and well decorated. The bed was really really comfortable, which was a treat after our long drive to Savannah. Really great bathroom/shower (I love the tile). Sarah was so kind in all of our communications and very accommodating. I would recommend this apartment and I would love to return in the future.”
