Vacation rentals with a hot tub in West Sussex

The location was perfect — close to the Co-op for easy shopping and just a 15-minute walk to East Wittering and the beach, which was ideal for our family day out. George met us at the house with the keys, and he was very welcoming, showing us around and explaining how everything worked, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. There was a lovely little park across the street which the children appreciated. The hot tub was definitely the highlight for the children—they absolutely loved it! The property had everything we needed for a short, relaxing break, and we really appreciated that we could have brought our dog along. Overall, a lovely stay in a great spot. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

We had a lovely stay at the barn! It was perfect for our mini break. Lovely and clean and cosy, and we felt right at home. Bed was v comfy, shower powerful and hot, and the garden area was beautiful - especially as we were lucky with some gorgeous summer weather. Hot tub was an added bonus! Fleur was an excellent host - v friendly and responsive, and left some v helpful recommendations for the local area. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely place. Nice decor. Not too far from centre. We managed to find free parking overnight about 5 min walk down the road. The host was v quick to respond to any queries. She also messaged to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything, which was really nice of her. Would highly recommend this place

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

This may have been the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed at. The design of the house is absolutely beautiful. The house was immaculate and we were amazed how much thought went into the interior design. Our kids loved all the games and toys.

silhouette cottage was beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Our stay was not quite as we intended as my husband had a horrible accident in the early hours of our second day. Sarah went above and beyond to help. She immediately came in the middle of the night and calmed us both and called an ambulance . She then helped my family and kept in contact the whole time. I honestly would not have known how to deal with the situation without her help

Had an amazing time. Was very relaxing. Lodge was stunning and the view from the decking was beautiful. Saw lots of wildlife. Totally recommend.

Just WoW! We were looking for something special, quiet, peaceful and a disconnect from the world for a long weekend, and this place was all of that and more! Stunning surroundings, we talked in the hot tub into the small hours, watching the bats feed and listening to the ducks and occasional owl. With a short walk to the local pub for local drinks and very nice food, and finishing the evening cooking on the BBQ. This place was everything we were looking for and so much more. Thank You Vicky for sharing your beautiful place with us for the weekend.

We had a lovely stay from the moment we arrived till the minute we reluctantly left. The family at the farm were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved seeing the animals and learning all about the farm. It’s very peaceful and set in a beautiful surrounding and the accomodation was great. Beds were comfortable, the shower was fab and the hot tub very nice for an early morning and evening dip! We will definitely return ….

Absolutely amazing stay in the cabin and can't wait to go again. It was the perfect place to slow down - so secluded in such beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and there's a sauna on the farm, which was a surprise added bonus! We had lovely lunch at Duke of Cumberland Arms which Edd and Mea recommended. All in all a fantastic place and wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Neil’s place was brand spanking new and I think I was his first guest. Neil greeted me at the agreed time and walked me through everything in the lodge. The lodge was absolutely delightful. It was warm and cozy. Perfect for a one nights stay. I’m planning on coming back with my partner later in the year as it was so perfect. The local pub was only a few mins walk away. Great stay

We highly recommend the Alpaca Lodge! The communication was excellent from the outset, with Laura being very accommodating to our requests. We appreciated the freedom to explore the land within the sensible guidelines provided. The cute welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The living space was great, but the jacuzzi was truly outstanding. Soaking in it with the fairy lights creating such a lovely atmosphere was a highlight of our trip. We'd happily stay again!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect. Really clean and was stocked up with everything you could need. They have a great fan in there to use but id recommend bringing one if it’s going to be around 30 degrees because it does get a little warm in there. Overall they couldn’t have provided anymore it was lovely and I would definitely stay again.
