Amazing place, beautiful location, clear instructions. Hosts were really friendly, lovely touches all round. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

What a lovely place to spend a couple of nights. We travelled quite a distance to visit the Knepp Estate re-wilding project and this was the perfect base. Thoughtful extras and the resident alpacas made it a memorable visit. We would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Lovely peaceful weekend away. The place was very clean and beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Both lulu and russ were very welcoming and helpful. We used the hot tub on the Saturday and would recommend booking this. The location is great - very peaceful and a 5min drive from the beach and pubs in walking distance. We look forward to returning!

A beautiful and spacious accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. A perfect place to come back to and relax in after exploring the delights of Shoreham. Super comfy bed. Lovely garden with seating area.

Very good stay for just one night but hosts helpful. Good to be able to sit out for breakfast at the front of the house in the sun. The nearby beach cafe is very good for breakfast. you can hear the children's get above but did not bother us.

Lovely annex within beautiful surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful location. Very homely feel with everything you need. Highly recommend!

I stayed with my sister and two nieces at Pat and Jake’s for one night whilst in the area for a family event, and it was perfect!! The place was just like the photos but better. The area felt hidden and was really peaceful. The beds were super comfy. We had nice sunny places to sit in the garden. - and many additional extras that we were not expecting. We felt spoiled - personally this is one of the nicest homely Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed in. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. The area was very peaceful. Everything was set up for being able to cook for ourselves, we even had the luxury of home made bread waiting for us when we arrived, which was devoured by everyone! Pat and Jake were reactive and always responded to messages quickly. A problem with the shower not working was quickly fixed by Pat and Jake’s son. A fantastic place to stay and I’m sorry our stay was only one night. I look forward to coming back!! Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay!!

So enjoyed our stay. Peaceful location on the seafront. Had everything we needed. So cosy and welcoming. Soft fluffy towels, lovely shower, comfy bed. We absolutely loved staying there.

We've just spent two nights at Stellar Maris and it did not disappoint! An absolute gem of a place! Very clean and tidy, well equipped small kitchen. A lovely comfortable king size bed, a good shower, fresh towels and robes! There was a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival which was a nice touch! Cereal, crumpets, butter and jam as well as good coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc..... Everything we needed. We also liked the fact we had off road parking and a nice secure garden for the dog. It's in a wonderful location 2 minutes walk from the beach. Anthony and Tim were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome 🙂 We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back soon!

Gail’s studio was lovely, plenty of parking for us, no noisy neighbours, clean and all new and nice furnitures especially the bathroom which was very nice. There were labels all over letting us know how to find things and use things, a great fan for the summer and plenty of usb sockets with a cute little hamper of breakfast bits for our wake up the next day. A lovely peaceful tidy little spot would happily go again! Thank you Gail!

We had a fantastic stay - we had everything we needed, the local road closures confused google maps but it was absolutely spot on and we’ll def book again next time we are down that way x

Extremely comfortable annex to the owner’s home. Private, quiet & very well stocked with delicious breakfast items. Cool in the hot weather too. Good pubs & close to the Bluebell Railway. Marvellous surrounding countryside & lots of lovely places to walk. Thank you.

Thanks Liz and Penny, I loved my stay in the Old Bakery, it was exactly what I needed for a couple of days away on my own to catch up with some work and friends who live nearby. It's such a charming space, so full of character and friendly-feeling - and the bed was super comfy. See you again!

Thank you! Ideal location, picking my daughter up from uni , not too far to travel to Falmer. Very clean and everything needed, including a nice bottle of milk in the fridge for arrival. I arrived fairly late so nice to have very clear instructions on access. :):)

We had a lovely time here. The annexe was really everything we needed for a long weekend. So many thoughful touches. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The radio was playing gently when we got there and some biscuits had been left for our arrival. Sheets to cover the sofa were provided so we didn't have to worry about our black furry dog ruining anything. We usually bring our own but it was all thought of. My dog was made most welcome which is really important to us. He loved playing with Martha and exploring in the woods. Such a tranquil place. We barely heard a woof out of him he was so relaxed. We look forward to returning one day.

This was a joy. Beautiful touches when we arrived: fresh flowers, a sourdough loaf and butter, milk and jam, and a small welcoming personalised note. Unexpected and delightful.

We had the most wonderful stay in Amberley. Beautiful walks right on your doorsteps and so many lovely restaurants/pubs to choose from. I can’t recommend Rachael’s place enough - we will be back!

Don’t look any further if you’re looking for a first class AirBNB host and property. 10/10 The home is immaculate and the owner’s Jill and Radnek could not be any more helpful, without being at all intrusive. The home is absolutely spotless with all the amenities anyone would need. Access is completely separate from the owners home through a really nice outside area. The welcome items are perfect. The surrounding area is traditional England at its very finest. Local areas in Beacon Hill and Hindhead are easily accessible with all you would need for a stay. We stayed here for a golf event at the nearby Hankley Common GC for 5 nights. The area is extremely peaceful too. So a good nights sleep was enjoyed by both of us. Don’t forget to call round at the local British Legion Club too. Only a short walk with an opportunity to meet the local community. We were made to feel extremely welcome in all aspects of the visit. Visited for the second time and had another fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Close to a friend's wedding venue and were able to pick up anything needed due to a number of nearby shops and amenities. Such a lovely area and friendly and helpful hosts - thank you.

thank you for the amazing stay! everything was well organised, and there was plenty of space! super easy parking and deborah was so friendly and kind, we couldn’t have had a better stay! perfect for getting in and out of brighton too. very useful amenities and a clean comfortable space. both my partner and i had a lovely weekend away and will hopefully be back again soon! wonderful place and wonderful people❤️
