There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Petit Palm is very popular and receives great reviews from guests. It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton, Chichester, and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
